Amazing stay! The cabin was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Perfect location — private but close to everything. The host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Deana's home was very comfortable for the group of 6 that we had! Everyone had their own bed and the cabin feel was very cozy in the end of the snowy March. The house had many activities that we enjoyed and also included a very clean and well maintained hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

The Duggan’s place was exactly like the pictures. Home was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Duggan was very helpful if we had any questions and responded quickly. The day before check out we received severe weather warnings & Duggan was willing to work with us to stay a day longer if the roads weren’t drivable. Over all it was a very peaceful stay and felt very homey.

Great property and very helpful hosts. The house is fantastic with beautiful views of the mountains. Easy access to hiking, skiing (Kirkwood) and other nearby amenities.

Jeff was a dream to work with, he was always very helpfull and responsive; the house was gorgeous and had everything you need to enjoy a peaceful family time…. Truly amazing experience!!! The cherry on the cake? We had a wonderful time at Ron and Kim’s beautiful home and will absolutely be back our next trip to South Lake. Their home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Our 2 daughters had a blast playing with the kids toys in the house and the snow toys outside. We were very blessed with a 4 day storm just before arriving, so we had a blast playing in the backyard snow and going in the hot tub at night. The room set up was perfect for our family and provided an area for us to work when we needed to. We also adore the neighborhood….love how peaceful and serene it is, yet only a 5-10 min drive from everything we needed! Thank you guys! We will definitely be coming back to visit! 🙏🩵

Very well unkept home that sleeps large groups, beautiful surrounding area. Only a few minutes away from stateline and the marina. Very kinda and responsive hosts.

We had a great time at this cabin. Spacious living room and kitchen, all the amenities. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing - magical to be sitting outside warm and comfortable with the snow drifting down.

Comfortable and clean home to spend time in a beautiful place. Kitchen and baths were stocked nicely and we all felt at home in the space. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at Burt’s place while attending a herding trial in Gardnerville with our dogs. The place was perfect! It was so peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. The dogs enjoyed the yard. Beds were super comfortable, locals were very nice. The restaurant next door, Stonefly, is pricey but the food and ambiance is excellent. We will definitely be back again!

A fine and pleasant stay at a cozy cabin in the woods. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Good communication with the host. Comfortable beds. Tankless water heater means hot water doesn't run out even if everyone returns from a hike and showers before jumping in the spa. High ceilings add an elegant touch. The upstairs gets hot during the summer but the handy provided fans fit into upstairs windows and the house cools quickly. All kitchen cabinets and drawers are full of dishes, pans, utensils, appliances, implements, etc. leaving almost no pantry-room. I was tempted to re-distribute items in drawers and cabinets to make room for grocery and pantry items I had brought, but instead just used counter-space. TVs upstairs and downstairs with clear instructions. Good WiFi. Would certainly stay again.

Really enjoyed staying at Melissa's house. It feels much more like an authentic cabin that would be owned by a family as opposed to one of these cheap flips you see so frequently now on Airbnb. The hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. Melissa was quick to address any issues that arose during our stay and answer questions. Would highly recommend.
