This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Localização excelente pois está perto da praia e suficientemente “longe” do barulho. Fácil para andar a pé com muitos serviços nas redondezas. Anfitrião 5 estrelas sempre pronto a ajudar e de conversa fácil. Esteve sempre preocupado em ajudar em tudo. Os meus parabéns para o senhor Marcello.

Cet appartement moderne (T3) est très bien situé, directement sur la promenade de Juan-les-Pins, avec la plage de sable fin en face. L'appartement est propre, entièrement équipé et calme malgré un environnement un peu animé. Les chambres donnent sur l'arrière-cour. Les restaurants et les magasins sont accessibles à pied (Auchan à 200m), tout comme la gare (5 min). Les excursions à Cannes, Nice et Monaco sont faciles en train (20-30 min avec le TER, seulement Monaco 60 min). Ici, on a tout, de la plage et de la mer à la gastronomie, en passant par la musique live et les musées de la région. Point fort : le feu d'artifice hebdomadaire sur la baie d'Antibes en août, avec la meilleure vue. Des vacances parfaites - un grand merci à Vanessa pour sa formidable hospitalité !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Xavier , nous avons tout adoré : l’emplacement super pratique à côté des commerces et plages , la maison est superbe , j’ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison ! Fabrice et Xavier ont étaient super réactifs et gentils ! Nous n’aurions pas imaginé être mieux reçus !! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec toute la famille ! Merci encore Fabrice et Xavier

Замечательная квартира. Прекрасное местоположение. В жилом комплексе чисто, магазин большой, пиццерия, рядом парк и море. В комнатах ничего лишнего. Кухня отдельная, всем оборудованная. Ванная удобная, туалет отдельно. Посуды достаточно, печка индукционная, духовка хорошая. Красивый балкон и вид. Было достаточно полотенец и белья. Но у нас сложилось впечатление, что белье не поменяли, но чистое было предоставлено. Подземный удобный паркинг. Очень довольны остались нахождением в данных апартаментах . Эстель была на связи. Легко перешла даже на немецкий язык.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Très bon séjour ! La maison est très adaptée pour les familles, le jardin est bien sécurisé pour laisser les enfants jouer, l'accès à la maison se fait via une petite impasse privée au calme. La maison est très bien équipée y compris de petits jeux pour les enfants. Enfin, la maison est à proximité de nombreux commerces et activités, emplacement idéal ! Merci Déborah et Christophe !

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Belle maison, proche de la plage, grand jardin, cuisine très bien equipée.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il parcheggio comodo è un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la proprietaria: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, ci tornerò sicuramente!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Apparemment irréprochable pour se sentir comme chez soi, on a passé un très bon week-end avec une vue sur la mer, Wendy a été réactif avec une super communication.

Bonsoir Flo, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement impeccable avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Très calme à part les trains et les avions (On s'habitue avec le temps). Je recommande vivement cet appartement car je n'avais vraiment pas envie de repartir en Normandie. Un grand MERCI Flo pour cette semaine inoubliable. Nous pensons revenir ultérieurement. Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

Appartement conforme à la description, près de la mer et disposant d’une très grande piscine dans la résidence qui était très peu fréquentée en cette deuxième quinzaine du mois d’août. Très propre et acceuil parfait avec Heidi et Jeroen. Rien à redire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amria. L'appartement est situé proches des commerces, de la plage ou même du vieil Antibes. Amria est une hôte disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Je recomande vivement de séjourner chez Amria pour un séjour à Antibes.

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.

das studio entsprach genau der beschreibung & fotos. claude/dominique waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. die lage ist sehr gut. man ist in 5 minuten am sentier littorlal. kommen gerne wieder.👌🤗👍

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.
