Amamos cada minuto que ficamos no apartamento de Alejandro, ele por si só é um amor de pessoa, deu várias dicas de onde ir e oque fazer ! A vista do apartamento é linda, a portaria funciona 24h, tem metrô, restaurantes e fast food próximo que da pra ir andando ! O prédio tem uma ótima estrutura com academia, sauna e até lavanderia (tem que reservara lavanderia). Ficamos 7 noite e tivemos total assistência de Alejandro respondia nosso whats sempre que podia, msm ele tbm estando de férias. Super recomendamos eu minha esposa e minha filha curtimos tudo !

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

We had a lovely stay. The building is very secure and the area is great filled with great restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect location between Palermo Hollywood and soho. The host was great and very easy to communicate with. The rooftop was great with a pool and 360 views of the city. The building security was very friendly and even offered to allow us to store our luggage after checkout. The only negative would be the shower water pressure was not strong but it was fine for us as we had a short stay. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others :)

El lugar es súper cómodo, disfrutamos mucho de las piscinas ya que fuimos en verano tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina y todo muy claro y se agradece mucho que nos dejara salir más tarde de la hora del check out fue una experiencia hermosa sin duda volveré cada vez que vaya a Buenos Aires

El departamento es amplio en todos sus ambientes. Buen balcón. Las camas muy cómodas. Esta bien equipado. Volvería a alojarme sin dudarlo.

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

Todo excelente! Pero consideren poner aceite y productos esenciales para poder aprovechar la cocina!

Excelente estadía, muy buen lugar, buena vista, buen barrio, buenas comodidades del edificio. Muy cerca de plaza italia y los parques, hay de todo por la zona. Cynthia la verdad que la mejor, super atenta. Recomendable.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

El lugar es hermoso, la casa estaba impecable y totalmente equipada. Excelente el jardin delantero para llevar mascotas ya que esta cercado, en el fondo tiene un gran parque. Fred estuvo todo el tiempo predispuesto a cualquier consulta y tuvo un excelente trato hacia nosotros! Recomiendo!

Carol was very friendly. It’s a beautiful apartment. It looks like something out of a movie—just how you imagine Argentina. There’s even a lovely little balcony. And it doesn’t feel anonymous at all. It’s decorated with so much care, but not overly cluttered. Everything is super clean. It really feels like visiting a friend. Absolutely recommendable.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Mariano fue un excelente anfitrión, estando siempre pendiente de preguntar si necesitábamos algo o de resolver cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. El departamento es ideal para cualquier tipo de estancia; en mi caso para una estancia larga me sentí desde el primer momento como en casa. Está en un barrio tranquilo para pasear, muy bien comunicado con todo tipo de transportes, con supermercado, gimnasio o lavandería cerca. Para el día a día me encantó pasar tiempo en casa, ya que es muy luminoso con luz solar directa y unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad.

Excelente lugar para hospedaje. Muy buena atención.

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто

Very great place to stay at in Palermo. Walking distance to very good coffee shops and attractions. Place is clean and very safe. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. The pool and common area on the rooftop are a great plus. Florencia is a great host. She is attentive and responsive and made our trip easy and wonderful. Would recommend!

O apartamento estava super limpo, organizado e entregou tudo que precisávamos para uma semana em Buenos Aires. Localização excelente para turistas a pé, aproveitar a recoleta e múltiplos meios de transporte disponíveis. Anfitriões muito zelosos e disponíveis. Recomendo!
