Lovely place to stay for tourists very very near to arabat Panfilov park..7 min walk Green bazaar 10 min walk Zhibek zholy metro station 7 minute walk MIG currency exchange open upto 8 pm 7 min walk Downstairs is a store called red fish ..met with daily requirements like water bread eggs icecreams etc. Just on main road prior to papa johns pizza is a drinking water fill up machine just 80 tenge..so buy 8 liter can from red fish..once over..just refill it The place was perfect for our family of 4..2 bedrooms with ac. One bedroom attached to the hall. The hall n kitchen felt a bit stuffy...there was no window nor exhaust nor ac..sure to get hot in the summer.. Adequate cupboards for storage..those coming from india...be sure to get your international travel adapter.. The host was a very nice person..always responded to our queries...check in was smooth So definitely best place to stay in city centre for tourists If i travel back to almaty..thats the place i will stay again!

Its my first time in alamty and kazakhstan. As expected Max was beyond all the magnificent words can testified in a review. Travelling half globe away, with all the experience i had with Max right from the day i arrived at 4:00 AM in the morning till the day departed from Almaty, i can say we found a lovely brotherhood moments and great friendships for years to come. 👏Bravo brother Max !✨👌🍻. The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was great clean, cozy, and well-equipped but what really stood out was the location and the view. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to get around, and the view is absolutely remarkable. You can see the mountains right from the property, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

My family had a very restful stay! We especially enjoyed the incredible view and watching the sunrise over the city and the Tian Shan Mtns from the 13th floor! There are a few great cafes and a large grocery store in the same block!

Great apartment in a fantastic location with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within easily walkable distances. Good shopping area too.

Dmitri’s place is the perfect case in Almaty. It was clean, tidy and good value. Dmitri was the perfect host allowing us to be flexible with check in and checking to ensure we had arrived and accessed the property ok. The property is in a busy location with lots to do and see nearby, though it is set back from the main roads and is very quiet. We were in Almaty mainly for skiing and this is the perfect location to access Shymbulak. Not too much traffic and hassle free using app bookable taxis.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

Мы с подругой остановились в квартире Максима на неделю и хотели бы выразить большую благодарность за чистоту, уют, приятный интерьер и функциональность квартиры. Нам было комфортно и отдыхать (тихо) и работать (быстрый бесперебойный интернет). Квартира находится в прекрасном районе, неподалеку, в пешей доступности, располагается Ботанический сад неописуемой красоты, всевозможные магазины, хорошие ресторанчики и кафе. Например, буквально в двух шагах располагается кафе Vivienne, где работают приятные ребята, которые вкусно варят кофе :) Мы ходили к ним завтракать, завтраки и десерты были прекрасны. Максим всегда на связи и готов помочь, если возникают вопросы. Всё было замечательно!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Timur’s apartment in Almaty! The space was impeccably clean and really felt like home. It was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Timur was incredibly responsive and friendly, making it easy to extend our stay when we needed to due to family friends. Highly recommend!

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю
