My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Two bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony, and a third sleeping area. Enclosed front & back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed outside, but please throw cigarette butts in the alley trash can.

It is a perfect location for a quiet relaxing getaway or a convenient midway stopping point on your way to the sights. Wireless internet: 15mbps. TV with Roku and DVD. The calm, peaceful, rural atmosphere is near the North Platte River, yet close to many attractions & amenities. We have a (friendly) neighbor free range Lab dog. To help safeguard our guests, after our customary deep clean between guests, we sanitize anything you might touch, including remotes, light switches, doorknobs, and more.

On our property about 300 meters behind our house and 100 from another tiny home. SEE PET POLICY DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BED OR FURNITURE
