Illmensee ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für attraktive Freizeitaktivitäten, wie z.B der Seepark mit Fußballgolf Golf und Wasserski,der in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Ravensburger Spieleland erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten.

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
