We came earlier than our time check in, but Niki is so nice to let us check in than the usual check in time. We settled in our room and its very clean and neat, its perfect size to my family we have 3 young kids. Niki's husband welcomed us, he was very approachable and helpful we feel at home. the whole location is beautiful, its very clean, its so peaceful and the vibes is so family friendly. We are happy we found this place my kids had so much great time being here. TIPS bring bath towel and hand towel bc they dont provide those and extra pillows and blankets for your extra comfort. We brought my kids sand toys but they have so many on the beach area that you could borrow.Overall we had a great time here and we plan to comeback again this summer, i recommend this place 100% amazing location!!! Thank you, we will be back.

We loves staying here this past weekend! We didn’t have ideal weather, but it happens. We definitely made the best of the situation. Niki and her husband were fantastic hosts and helped us if we needed anything at all! The place is so peaceful, and relaxing, just what we were looking for. The beach is just a stones throw away, and is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! We are so thankful and glad we chose to stay here. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Beautiful scenery and peaceful place. Had fun with the kayaks. Enjoyed our stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

If you're looking for an authentic Hubbard Lake experience, this place is the real deal. No fancy furnishings, just a rustic cabin with a cozy fireplace and a screen porch with a sweet view of the lake. Who could ask for anything more?

Perfect cabin for a weekend stay. Having the beach right outside your door is amazing and incredibly beautiful. The interior seemed newly remodeled.

The cabin is fairly basic, but had everything I needed (bring some towels!). Great location and I found myself sitting out on the beach as much or more than I was ever in the cabin. The Red Fork is within a mile and was an amazing place to eat and a small grocery was another half mile down the road from the restaurant (they even had pasties in the freezer!). I stayed for work, but worked in some vacation and all it did was make me want to go back.

Wonderful stay. Loved being right on the water

Pros- Stunning views from the living area to the lake. Plenty of sandy beach front with all the rocks you would ever want in the water. Impressively clean and beds were made like you were at a 5 star resort. Kim has raised the bar for being a host with Airbnb!! Kim is a 5 star host and thought of everything to make our stay like it was our home. Cons- I don’t have anything negative to say regarding the host, the cabin, the cleanliness, and the location. Kim mentioned this is not baby or child proof; the only concern I would have if I brought little ones would be the outside. There are steep steps down to the beach. Every house in this area has just as many steps down from the house to the beach. Plenty of beach area once you are there, just keep in mind if you pick up rocks, you will have to carry those up the steps.

Absolute dream rental. Mark is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly. The house is in such an incredible location steps from the beach, super quiet area. Went on a colder weekend and had a blast, can’t imagine how cool this place is in the middle of summer.

I love this place. The only thing I dislike is how uncomfortable the beds are. I would recommend bringing a topper so you can save your back from aches and pains after a couple days. This place is a 5/5 if you want a beautiful beach with nothing else going on for a few days. Extremely relaxing location. The only issue is the new owners are still updating the cottages. The beds are terrible. We had to sleep on the pullout because it was a little better than the actual bed. If they put new beds in and some other updates this place can be a gem. I don’t recommend more than two people per cabin unless it’s a family with small children.

It was the perfect spot and exactly the respite we needed.
