Nima was a good host, responsive and friendly. Room was good and had the amenities listed.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. We slept well and the very comfortable beds. The tub was lovely to bath in and everything else was easy to locate. The heating unit was quiet and effective. Most of all Gloria was easy to communicate with from the get go.!!!

Met and exceeded our needs. Quiet hours due to Law Office below during business hours worked for our schedule just fine. Enjoyed walking to the farmers market, local restaurants and great central location to explore the area from. The beds were very comfortable! Loved the French Press.

Pictures truly do not do it justice! The perfect wine country retreat for a long weekend. The shower, the bathtub (can you believe that mirror??) combined with the immaculate decor and brand new appliances were truly such a dream. Don’t get me started on the bed- like sleeping on a cloud! So perfect in every way! Megan was kind enough to coordinate an early check in for us and set out yummy snacks and chilled champagne upon arrival. Can’t wait to come back!

Our two night stay in Carolina’s lovely apartment was wonderful. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after a day of activities. The house is perfectly located near to the ocean as well as to downtown where you can find shops and restaurants. The highlight was getting to enjoy the gorgeous sunset from the bedroom window each evening. We met Carolina one morning when she was watering her garden and had a nice conversation. She was kind and welcoming. We’d love to stay here again when we’re back in Mendocino.

The location of Natalie's apartment was perfect! You are in the heart of the town of Mendocino with the best views! It was sunny and bright with a view of the ocean, the entire main street and great for people watching! We were just a few doors down from the best breakfast, bakery and lunch restaurant, Good Life! We went there every morning! The food, the service and the atmosphere were excellent! You are close to shops, the bluffs and restaurants. We enjoyed our evenings watching Netflix movies with popcorn provided by Natalie! She is a hands-on host. The bed was sooo comfortable. Make sure you put on the ocean wave sound machine by the bed for the best sleep of your life! The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook, but we were on vacation so we ate out. Her apartment is quaint, rustic and very comfortable for the price. I would stay there again!

It’s our second time staying working remote. My family was able to enjoy the coast and take a trip on the train and I was able to work without issue while hosting a few conference calls. The flat is a couple blocks from downtown proper and we were able to meet up afterward. Downtown was easy walking distance and we had no problem grabbing things and cooking back at the flat. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the windows.

Great hosts! Super helpful, accommodating and very prompt at communication. The apartment was amazing! It was clean and had everything that we needed. The location is the biggest plus point. Right by the lake and in downtown. Many cafes, bakeries, restaurants all at our doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place and will be back. :)

This is a beautiful place in walking distance to downtown and desirable restaurants. Plank coffee was just around the block - try the Rise and Shine Bowl! We loved that Lindey's apartment had books for toddlers available, and we loved the California Sessions wine!

Was a fantastic location and stay. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The studio is connected by one wall to the main house, but noise wasn't an issue.

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

What an amazing place to stay! We loved staying here so much! It was a perfect place for us to have our honeymoon. Amazing amenities, gorgeous views. We loved the hot tub and fireplace! Would stay here again!

Great stay. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub for kids and adults. Very clean bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space for 4, and comfortable beds.

Great place, great area, as described. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. We do this trip once a year and will be looking to stay here next year.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Great location for our weekend stay near Sonoma. We needed two twin beds as the second bedroom configuration - that was confirmed and delivered. Kitchen was well appointed with full size appliances. We cooked a full meal, including using the outside BBQ one night. Fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again.
