What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a delightful and remarkable vacation in this superb spots d will surely return! Thank you Lois and Marco!! Gina and Michael

Several thoughtful things were noted upon arrival. Some very basic things like dishwasher soap and a few laundry pods were quite helpful as we were continuing on from elsewhere in France. The kitchen was adequately stocked with/the essentials for cooking (dishes, pans, etc). The only challenge for seniors is that there is no lift. Getting luggage up the stairs was doable but a little challenging because we were on an extended trip with heavy bags. Our stay was most enjoyable. Only recommendations would be a comfortable chair in the living room w/the couch. Thanks for a nice stay!

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

In a fabulous location, close to everything, nice view, really good value. Food market just a couple minutes away with a baker/patisserie we visited just about every day. Located off of a lively square but very quiet in the apartment at night. Menton is a beautiful, atmospheric city, and this apartment allows you to experience that to the fullest.

Séjour très agréable dans le logement d’Eugenie qui est très bien équipé ( linge de maison, équipement plage, ustensiles…). Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement avec 2 sdb est parfait pour notre famille avec 3 grands enfants. La place de parking souterrain est un vrai plus! L’accueil par Stephanie est top avec plein de conseils et une grande disponibilité. Merci encore pour les citrons 🍋!

The location is amazing, apartment is clean and has all the essentials, and Nicola was very responsive and helpful with instructions and recommendations. I recommend the apartment and Finalborgo!

Très bon séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied (plages, commerces, restos…) Une belle balade via le sentier en bord de mer Également, proximité immédiate de la gare ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements ou se garer peut être compliqué (Monaco, Vintimille…) L'intérieur est impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Jean est sympathique toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. De nombreuses attentions sont mis à disposition Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour leur séjour !

Hi, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist richtig schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für unsere Kinder war das Trampolin ein Highlight. ( Es wurde aufgrund dessen nicht so viel nach dem Internet gefragt☺️) @Johan, wir bedanken uns für den netten Empfang und den lockeren Umgang. Ihr habt da echt was tolles erschaffen. Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Het is een mooie plek aan een drukke kust, maar hier echt rustig. Wel een stukje lopen naar het strand. Bergopwaarts terug. Met de auto wel beetje lastig parkeren, maar dat went. Zeer behulpzame host. Ook de moeder van de gastheer is zeer behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar. Kregen dagelijks verse eieren van hun kippen. Ze geven snel antwoord op vragen en geven goede tips over de omgeving, reizen naar Genua etc. Mooi huis, ruim en lekker terras. Rust en uitzicht op de groene omgeving. Cervo is een prachtig plaatsje. Ik zou er zo weer naar toe gaan. Enige punt van kritiek: de kuststreek is erg druk en gezellig, maar echt een probleem om je auto ergens te parkeren. Dus wij zijn vooral in de directe omgeving van het plaatsje gebleven. Op loopafstand. Tip: huur een scooter. En kies voor OV ( naar Genua)

Io, mio marito e la nostra cagnolona Gina abbiamo trascorso in questo luogo magico i giorni tra Natale e Capodanno. Immersi nel silenzio della natura, abbiamo vissuto in totale relax 5 giorni tra passeggiate Gina, letture ed escursioni nei paesi vicini dove abbiamo trovato ristoranti buonissimi. La casa è bellissima, più bella ancora che in foto. Luminosissima, calda e dotata di ogni comfort. Jessica si è resa da subito disponibile per ogni necessità. Non ce n'è stato bisogno perchè la sua casa ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Siamo partiti, col desiderio di tornare al più presto.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Guy's Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, in der Nähe der Altstadt und direkt gegenüber des öffentlichen Strandes von Menton. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Guy ist ein super guter Gastgeber, hat alle Fragen immer sofort beantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir sind neue Nutzer von Airbnb und deshalb sehr positiv überrascht wie super alles geklappt hat. Vielen Danke Guy, für die Gastfreundschaft.

Enrica è stata gentilissima, l’appartamento era pulito, ordinato e in un’ottima posizione centrale. Consigliatissimo.

Bell'alloggio recentemente ristrutturato (i bagni sono nuovi), in complesso residenziale tranquillo ma vicino al mare, senza salite particolari a piedi e con ascensore. Composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali, grande soggiorno (anche con divano letto), cucinino e doppi servizi. Posto auto e box. Completamente attrezzato, dalla pulizia impeccabile, biancheria letto nuova. Elasticità su check-in/check-out, ottima comunicazione con l'host. Provato a Pasqua, ma per le vacanze estive, un posto auto compreso è una manna. Lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

L'appartement est spacieux et très ensoleilllé. Il est conforme à la description. Il est idéalement placé : à côté de la mer et des commerces de proximité. A deux pas de la gare de Carnolès pour aller sur Monaco. Un merci particulier à M. R pour l acceuil en personne et les conseils sur le soin. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della Sig.ra Vjollca durante il periodo 21-23 marzo. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente profumato, nuovissimo, pulito, e super accogliente. La casa è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, in macchina o a piedi dalla stazione. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. La Sig. ra Vjollca si è dimostrata sempre disponibile sin dal nostro arrivo, rendendosi reperibile per qualsiasi problematica. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza per tutti i viaggiatori.

il soggiorno a casa di stephane è stato veramente piacevole , casa confortevole e corredata di tutto ciò che si ha bisogno comoda ai supermercati e ristoranti, consiglio vivamente.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.
