SMALL one-bed studio suite with a hide-a-bed (book for three if used). Private entrance & porch. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Our Cabin in the Trees

Rural location in Tappen. Our 400 sq ft one bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, living space and a bathroom with a shower. Whether you are looking for a weekend escape, attending a local event, or in transit between Vancouver and Calgary, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We have a second unit on the ground floor of our house called The Sunset Studio. If you are traveling with someone else and they would like their own space, check its availability calendar.

Not a glossy hotel, more upscale rustic. Relax around a campfire, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dock a short walk from the cabin, rent the wood heated sauna, go for a hike or go fishing. We are on the quiet side of the lake and this is the only rental on the property. We live here year-round.

Whether it’s your home on the way or a longer stay, you will enjoy your time here. Our little cabin has been recently fully renovated and is very clean. It is situated just 5 minute drive to Sunnybrae beach, 10 minutes to Blind Bay and Salmon Arm is just 15 minutes away. The yard shares a fence with horses, sheep and entertaining goats. We welcome well behaved dogs in the cabin, please let us know if you will be bringing one.
