Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Piacevolissima vacanza a casa di Marco Claudio, persona disponibile e gentilissima. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di ottimo rosso, pane, un salame, un grande cesto di frutta fresca e cialde del caffè per la macchinetta. Durante il soggiorno ci è stato offerto un ottimo aperitivo. Una grande attenzione all’ospite. La casa è fronte mare ( anche spiaggia libera) e davanti ad una pineta con parco giochi per bambini. Ha un comodo giardino, ampio soggiorno, camere spaziose, 2 bagni entrambi con vasca. Cucina piccola ma con tutto il necessario (2 frigoriferi e 1 lavastoviglie). Appartamento consigliatissimo!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

La casa è facile da trovare. La signora Cristina ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda sempre prontamente. La casa sì si trova a pochi passi dal mare, ha una corte interna dove parcheggiare l auto chiusa con un cancello, seppure vicina ad un campeggio risulta molo silenziosa . Un bel bagno spazioso, anche gli altri ambienti molto comodi, una bellissima sorpresa è stato un piccolo vuoto dove riporre sia le valige vuote che per i rifiuti da differenziare. Si raggiunge comodamente con l ascensore, ma che non risulta vicino da dare fastidio il rumore. Personalmente, abitando vicino ad un treno non ho trovato così invadente il passaggio dei treni , che comunque non sono molti, soprattutto nelle ore notturne non c'è passaggio. Lo consiglio vivamente

alloggio pulito e ordinato.Molto gradevole come arredamento. posizione strategica per chi vuole uscire la sera e vicino al mare per chi ha dei bambini . valutazione 5 su 5,avrei dato la lode se ci fosse stato un piccolo kit di accoglienza per la colazione. Alfredo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Esperienza molto positiva. Alessia estremamente gentile e risposte immediate! L'appartamento, come luogo e disposizione, perfetto per una famiglia ed una vacanza rilassante. Un plus la piscina per come è gestita e mantenuta. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare!

Sara, una donna meravigliosa! L'appartamento è pulito, posizione comoda, vicino al mare, bar e ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza!!! Siamo rimasti molto contenti! RACCOMANDO!!!

Appartamento pulito e ordinato, dispone di ampio terrazzino ombreggiato e sfruttabile dalla colazione alla cena, con vista su puscina e su mare. Dal terrazzino si accede a un giardinetto che porta direttamente in piscina. A pochi passi dalla Via Verde, la pista ciclabile sul lungomare della costa dei Trabocchi.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

L’appartamento è nuovo e pur essendo piccolo ha lo spazio necessario per una vacanza. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a gestire 3 bambini: due hanno dormito sul divano letto e il più piccolo nel lettino da campeggio che abbiamo posizionato accanto a noi. Il bagno è grande con una doccia comoda e spaziosa. L’aria condizionata è servita nelle giornate più calde anche se a Tortoreto il clima è mite. Il parcheggio privato sotto casa e l’ascensore sono una comodità non da poco quando si deve gestire un passeggino. Maurizio è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Tortoreto è perfetta per tutte le famiglie e consiglio Maurizio perché vi farà sentire come a casa

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. wir wurden herzlich empfangen, fühlten uns sofort wohl und auch die Lage war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Aleassandro war stets hilfreich und immer sehr Wertschätzend. Durch den direkten Zugang zum Strand ist leider auch der Lärmpegel der Strandbesucher und den Menschen auf der Flaniermeile sehr laut und dies meistens bis nach Mitternacht. (Dies ist aber nicht die Schuld des Vermieters) Hätte es noch eine Klimaanlage gegeben, wäre diese Unterkunft etwas vom genialsten, das ich je gesehen habe. Komme gerne wieder !!!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay here. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and with a car we were able to enjoy the local area. We didn’t need heating or air conditioning but were impressed that both were available. We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur 10 Meter vom Strand entfernt, was unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und geräumig genug für unsere Gruppe von sechs Personen. Der Haushalter war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben die Nähe zur Strandbar sehr genossen und hatten viel Spaß mit dem Volleyballfeld direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt eine traumhafte Unterkunft, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können.

Comodissimo appartamento, abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri 2 cani, e comodo entrare dal giardino privato e non dall accesso condominiale. L'ampia veranda offre serate estive da condividere con i nostri cani rilassandoci. Il vicinato molto tranquillo, era bello incontrare le mamme degli appartamenti vicini ogni mattina, passavano davanti al giardino per portare i bimbi a scuola, ambiente molto familiare. E stato rilassante grigliare in casa in tutta comodità con arrosticini abruzzesi. Per la prima volta i miei cani appena svegli potevano passare direttamente dalla camera da letto al giardino grazie alla portafinestra che conduce fuori. Massimiliano molto cordiale. Si è impegnato a darci consigli su ristoranti buoni del posto. È un host molto socievole. È stata una bella esperienza. In autonomia e tranquillità!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und hatten zu 6st genügend Platz in der Wohnung. Lage war tiptop, waren viel mit den eigenen Velos unterwegs. Die Klimaanlage hat uns angenehme und erholsame Nächte emöglicht.
