Very comfortable stay! I would stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Great place to stay. Clean. Super nice host. Affordable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

The unit was perfect for two people very clean lots of towels pillows even extra water bottles . Other reviews noted upstairs noise , it really was minimal and hardly noticeable , parking was great , close to back gate of Fort Wainwright . If I had any negative it would be the sofa it wasn’t the most comfortable but nothing extra pillows couldn’t fix . Bed was super comfy . Neighbors do have a dog but I’m an animal Lover and the dog only barks when you come and go by their door , it wasn’t an issue at all no night barking and I appreciate the warning if someone is around . Coffee hut is close by and downtown area airport stores etc are a fifteen minute drive ,roads were plowed well maintained . This was well priced and perfect clean safe home base for our stay would definately re-book.

The place was well maintained and JoAnna had left some nice snacks out for us when we arrived:). There was a nice well maintained driveway to park. It was a very pleasant experience and I would rent it again.

Had a great stay! It was very cozy and comfortable, with excellent views of Auke Bay Harbor. We had coffee each morning enjoying a group of harbor seals splashing and playing right out in front of us. The place is well appointed, easy to access, and within walking distance of at least three restaurants and an old local favorite convenience store (DeHart's). Our hosts were very communicative and helpful; super fast to respond. We very much look forward to staying there again during future visits!

We stayed at Tera’s place for our daughter’s hockey tournament with my sister-in-law and niece. It was a great space for our two families. The kids had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks. Having the garage in March was great. Tera was extremely responsive. We will stay there again on our next trip to Fairbanks.

This spot was right above town but nice and quiet. Had no issues at all, and it offered a comfy spot to rest before a big day of travel. I had a question about check out, and it was answered quickly.

Robert’s place is an ideal location to stay in Valdez for access to the pass and surrounding mountains. The place is clean, cozy, and enjoyable to stay at. Friendly street and great host. Will stay again!

The location is excellent! It was so nice to be centrally located in town. It was easily walkable to the harbor, coffee, restaurants, bars and shopping. The host went above and beyond helping us as well. We are very thankful and greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the Small Haven. The house was perfect for what we needed and our girls had an absolute blast staying there. It's a perfect little getaway location when you want something more than a hotel... Paige was very responsive and communicative and made ours stay wonderful. Small amenities included with the house made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen to find it available!

My colleague and I stayed here for a week for a conference, we felt right at home and couldn't ask for anything more! Plenty of space for cooking, lounging, and comfortable beds. Walking distance from everything in town. Grace is a wonderful host, would recommend!

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

This is my Alaska home when I’m in Anchorage for work! I love this place. Perfect location, you can walk to downtown (slight uphill) and to watch the sunset on the patio is beyond words. Can’t wait to come back in the late summer.
