We had a such a wonderful time here. There were four of us and the place fit perfectly. Very close to the Colonial Zone and walkable to many things. The rooftop was definitely a huge plus. We would go up every morning. And lay out by the jacuzzi. The cool water was perfect for the super hot days. The hosts were amazing and very attentive! Truly truly recommend!

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero hay que modernizar algunos equipos como el aire acondicionado solo eso despues todo bien.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail und die gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich jedem empfehlen, der eine entspannte und angenehme Zeit verbringen möchte. Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
