The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

Jenny was a great host. Her place was very clean and had everything that one would need. We had an amazing time here.

Cozy, quiet little cottage in a great location, very close to College Ave and many shops and restaurants. The patio garden was serene. Had a comfortable stay.

Want a relaxing place to stay while visiting San Francisco this is the place close to transportation. Lots of places to visit and feels like home.

The place is exactly as described. Great location to explore the Bay Area. Host was friendly and helpful, upfront beforehand about possible upstairs noise from early risers (we brought earplugs and it was no problem). Parking was no problem and there were great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth. Lovely rooms, enough space for all 4 of us. The location is fantastic—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Lei Anna was very helpful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Gina’s place. Peaceful and private with ample amenities and cooking utensils, including condiments! Since we had a baby, the foldable crib was also incredibly useful. The finishing touch for our stay was the washer and dryer combo onsite which we used our last day.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped with great amenities, and exactly as described. The garden and backyard truly stand out as it provided such a peaceful and safe atmosphere in a larger city. The host was also very friendly and made everything easy and comfortable. If we ever come back to the Bay Area, we will definitely stay again! ☺️

10/10 highly recommend! I had the pleasure of staying at Joe and Theresa’s with my 2 and 5 year old for a week, and honestly could not have had a better experience! The beds were comfortable, the space felt very clean, welcoming and safe. Beautiful aesthetic! It was a great home base for our spring break trip to visit with local family. The back yard was magical, so we made good use out of it! My kids and I made some really great memories here. Sad to leave, but will definitely be back. Think no more, just book the place! Braelyn's place is very nice. Bathroom lighting is great and shower/tile are very pretty. Although when you are outside you can hear the freeway noise, when you are inside the unit is very quiet. Window coverings that block out early morning light are very effective. On-street parking is plentiful and the exterior motion-sensor lights along the sidewalk to the back patio/Airbnb door is quite bright. The patio is lovely and has an orange and a lemon tree; Braelyn shared some delicious oranges.

This is my second booking with David, and the experience was great!! David is very accommodating and an awesome host. Very hospitable! I’m sure I’ll book again in the future :)

I needed a calm, peaceful environment to return to once I finished work every day. This property gave me just that. Alice and Jordan were thoughtful and responsive, providing an assortment of teas, coffees and refreshments. The space was decorated beautifully and I had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. I hope to stay again when I return to the area this summer.

I felt very comfortable. My pillow was not that comfortable at first, and she gave me one that fit my needs. I would stay there again.

Loved our stay! Walkable with tons to do, BART nearby, etc. The driveway is on a busy street, so back the car in every night to make it easier to get out the following day. It wasn't an issue since we walked almost everywhere!

Tidy place with plenty of room and amenities as described. Plenty of street parking exists but there is also a garage available which was nice. The host is responsive and helpful.

Stayed here for the summer while in CA for an internship. Considering short term apartment rentals are in the $4,000s/month, the price for the furnished space is unbeatable. Chris was kind and very responsive. When we had a broken faucet, she had her people come fix it within a few days. She even went as far as to add ac units in the apartment when the temperature got too hot. Some reviews mention the walls being thin, but this was something we barely noticed and never had an issue with. Overall a stay I would recommend to anyone.

Maggie is a great host! Super proactive and responsive if anything comes up. Her place is super clean, very comfortable, and in a quiet spot.

This was a lovely well thought-out space. I’m a traveling nurse who frequents this area, and I felt right at home! Kitchen bedroom and bathroom are well equipped, and there is a little office nook that is nice and quiet if you’re in need of a workspace. The hostess is responsive and helpful with check-in. Neighborhood is walkable and there are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops up the way on Piedmont. Really everything you could ask for in an Airbnb :) highly recommend this space for a traveling professional or couple

A lovely clean and tidy private place in the Oakland hills was the perfect way to start our trip in America. Great location and included everything we needed.

Malcolm is a superb host! This was our second stay at this location and we can't wait to go back. It is exactly as described, he is responsive and helpful at all times, and the location is extremely convenient.
