Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

Everything was perfect the house was amazing with its pool and hot tub… Everything mentioned was there but unfortunately the Air-conditioning wasn’t available for the first floor and the fans in the rooms where not enough for cooling. Lastly, Rahel the host was very welcoming and we had an easy check-in. Great communication she was very responsive to our notes…

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

Feng’s home was lovely and very spacious! We had a group of 8 guests staying and it could accommodate a larger group very well! Thank you for a lovely accommodation, Feng!

I highly recommend Kim's home. We stayed for 3 nights. The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub kept us and the kids busy all day. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come again!

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

Aronoldo was an excellent host and his home setting is amazing, serene and beautiful both inside and outside. So glad we could experience it! I loved the native gardens and the birds in the trees outside. Excellent experience at this serene getaway.

Everything was exactly as described and very walkable to the Walnut Creek shops. The interior was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable. A great place to stay overall.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better location or a better host. The house was beautiful. It was just a few short blocks from beautiful Lake Merritt and a short walk to BART. Carlos was extremely flexible and let us check in early, which gave us a few more hours to explore on our first afternoon in town. The space is completely separate from the other side of the house, so it was like we had an entire home to ourselves. The layout is beautiful with tons of sunlight coming through. There are two sweet cats that seemingly hung out outside of our door, and my wife loved that. This place is an absolute gem and I'd definitely stay here again! We loved it!

We had an epic three days at Lolo's place and are so grateful we had the opportunity. We needed to pivot last minute to find an Airbnb during our Spring Break to visit family and Lolo was super responsive and even let us check in early so it rental car wasn't sitting out front packed with luggage. parking was easy, neighborhood is fantastic. I grew up in Alameda so I personally love the area and it felt so great to explore the neighborhood. My husband and 7yo walked to get coffee and pastries in the morning, our 2yo enjoyed the playground nearby. the Airbnb itself has everything we needed, even a nice low to the ground cot for our toddler to sleep in, kids books and dishes. Enjoyed Ethiopian food for dinner one night. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, I wish I was still there.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Marcy's properties and would recommend it. It is conveniently situated in Walnut Creek and easy to walk into town. There are good laundry facilities and plenty of hot water. There are lots of options to sit out in the garden and Marcy leaves some initial essentials for you. She responds quickly to queries etc. We hope to stay again.

We had a great stay! The place is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Rick was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially good collection of pots and pans. We had booked the home for 10 people, but initially, bedding was only set up for 8. After reaching out, Rick promptly delivered the extra towels, sheets, and a blanket we needed—within just a few hours. That was truly impressive!

Don & Lori are such incredible hosts! Our trip ended up being shorter than anticipated, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I was traveling with my dog & foster dog and the park across the street was so perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable and we had such a peaceful night’s rest. The home felt like staying with a family member and had so many great touches of home and the hosts communication was exceptional. I arrived late in the dark & they put out a welcome sign for me so I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend and will def stay here again when I come back for a longer workshop!

There were several things I really enjoyed about Danping's place. One, the views of the Bay were stunning. Clean windows had a lot to do with that. Two, the hardwood floors were in perfect shape. Not always the case. Made for a cool bungalow feel. Three, the kitchen was spotless with a new and large refrigerator. A must for a family of five. Four, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was in bad need of sleep. Five, the temperature controls were a Honeywell with four weekday and weekend settings each. I have the same at home. Made for an efficient use of heat. Six, though we tidied up quite a bit, it was nice to know that we did not need to be so anal about cleaning. Finally and perhaps most importantly, Danping was exceptionally responsive. Not so easy around the holidays, so it was very much appreciated.

This home is stacked with amenities! We used the pool table, shuffleboard, kayaks and paddle boats quite a bit throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable and had enough space for all of our guests. The kitchen and living space is open concept, which makes hanging out in the common areas very easy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun group trip in the area!

We needed a quiet clean comfortable retreat during and after my difficult surgery. Location to Stanford Hospital excellent. House very calm quiet and healing- squeaky clean. Beds were like falling into clouds. So comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and amenities thoughtfully and generously available. The front porch and lovely private front yard were wonderful spots to sit when weather was nice. We can’t praise Maggie enough for her hosting. Responsive, kind, caring, flexible. First class all the way.

Very comfortable bed; great location near walking path and parks; lovely deck on the back; very clean; luxurious rain showerhead and big fluffy towels in bathroom. Huge TV. Everything one could need in the kitchen, including both French press and drip coffee makers! Laundry facilities were a nice convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean, good price

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Angela is amazing super fast communication and helpful!the unit is in a nice area it is very clean the bed is huge and comfortable enjoyed both TVs the yard is great and clean and the kitchen is stocked with !! everything!! You need to the tiniest detail for long or short stays!also you can't hear anything from upstairs like most places!good water pressure in shower!would have stayed longer but she was booked!would definitely recommend more then worth the price!our dog loved it as well:)

nice spacious house with good distribution of space for privacy of guests. nice patio outside with a great view -- good for having lunch or early dinners... it gets kind of cold in the evening. hard to get around without a car.

Beautiful Eichler home. The house was clean, open and beautifully furnished. Great kitchen for cooking and everything felt clean and well well maintained. It was a great place to stay in the area.
