Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! The bedroom features a queen bed, living room includes a queen pullout sofa. A sleek kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and portable oven. A dedicated work desk with high-speed internet completes this refined space for guests who appreciate boutique comfort and timeless design.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Experience Oakland and the Bay Area from a cozy cabin with tons of outdoor space, deck seating, fruit trees for picking, walking distance to some of the best tacos and pastries in the Bay Area. Easy entry to every part of the SF Bay Area with public transport (BART) 10 min walking. I live on property with my 6 yo and a few cats, but everything is self service with private entrance. I'll stay out of your way. Enjoy!

Enjoy views of the Claremont hills, outdoor space to relax, a fully appointed kitchen (everything but an oven), Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and comfortable common areas, all in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from Claremont shops, Rockridge, and close to BART and freeways. Ample street parking is available.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
