Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.

Modern In-law suite close to shopping, restaurants short walk to the beach. Local transportation and minutes to the Oakland Airport.. I live upstairs, I’m available via text. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make your stay exceptional. Because I occupy the top two floors of the house, it’s a possibility that you may hear “life” happening upstairs from the suite. No children just a big fluffy dog that behaves like a cat. It’s a fairly quiet house.
