Great location for activities around Yas (Yas Mall & the 4 major parks), especially for a family with kids. Spacious & clean apartment with all amenities, with a swimming pool and large play area for kids. Sustainable was a good, friendly & responsive host and made everything easy and enjoyable. Very much recommended for a staycation at Yas for a family with kids. 5 stars!

Diese Location wird in zwei Jahren vermutlich ‚The Place to be‘. Wenn all die Museen stehen und die Bauarbeiten fertiggestellt sind. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Allerdings würde ich mich vorher erkundigen, ob der Strand nun fertig gestellt ist. Dies dürfte wohl in 2-3 Wochen der Fall sein… Die Rolläden mittels Fernbedienung hoch und runter zulassen hat schon fast was von James Bond. Das ganze Appartement ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal extrem freundlich und der Carrefour mittels Schleichweg fast gänzlich Inhouse erreichbar. Man möge sich hierfür beim Personal erkundigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort.

Great location for a convenient 1 night stay to maximise two days spent at the Yas Island parks. Hosts for very responsive after booking confirmation and in contact during the check in process. Didn’t need them but they were online which is a great comfort. Building security aware of my booking, helpful with directions to room. Clean kitchen and all utilities working. Check out process easy and convenient. Will use again for another stay in Yas.

The hosts are very proactive, communication was excellent. The apartment was exactly as described, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, so nice and quiet and with nice views of the golf course and the mangrove. The bed was very comfy! Parking on site was absolutely perfect. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

We stayed here for two weeks upon relocating to Abu Dhabi and it was the perfect way to start a new journey here! The apartment was clean, well decorated and inviting. The staff in the building are extremely helpful and kind. We loved using the pool and having access to the beach, and having restaurants at your doorstep is amazing. We highly recommend and hope to book again in the future for visiting family and friends.

I really enjoyed my stay it was just like the pictures and the area was nice and quiet and very close to all the parks.

Just wonderful apartments, filled with love and care. Very clean, many details and items that make your stay comfortable. We felt at home at dear Nada’s premices. Excellent location, there are shops and cafes nearby, a large shopping center near the apartments. We also want to note the quick help of dear Nada in the preparation of apartments for us. Finding herself in a difficult situation, she came to our aid and accepted us with all the amenities. We strongly recommend it and will be happy to return again in the future.
