Situated on the beautiful, peaceful island of Hrísey in the middle of Eyjaförður. The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

The house is beautifully located in Hjalteyri. From the house there is a stunning view over the fiord, with both mountains and water in sight. The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Hope you will enjoy our cottage house and its surroundings. Hjalteyri offers a restaurant, art gallery and a public hot tub by the ocean.

Peaceful and lovely cottage on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi with lovely ocean views. Located on the west side of Eyjafjörður, with majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys. The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.

Apartment B offers peace, privacy, and breathtaking views on our serene Icelandic farm. Unwind in the shared geothermal hot tub and cold plunge, surrounded by pure nature and crisp mountain air. Gestahúsið okkar er lítið 15 fm hús. Húsið stendur á lóðinni rétt sunnan við húsið okkar. útsýnið yfir fjörðinn er einstakt og fjallasýnin eftir því. 4,5 km er í miðbæ Akureyrar sem hefur uppá að bjóða alla þá þjónustu sem hugsast getur. Það er heit úti sturta.

The house is one of three new modern houses at Sunnuhlíð. Opened in February 2015. The houses are especially designed for a couple or a small family traveling on their own in Iceland. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of Eyjafjördur and Akureyri.
