Nous étions 7 personnes, ce qui était parfait pour la taille de l'appartement et du studio :) L'emplacement est super pratique, proche de tout (magasins, bars, transports...). Il est confortable, avec une super vue. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Everything was amazing! The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is perfect for us as a family. It was fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and we felt immediately at home. Location was very strategic. Few mins walk from the train station. Groceries stores are easily available. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. We really love our stay at the apartment.

Es war ein perfekter Kurzurlaub bei Odile und Bruno Wir können das gemütliche Appartement empfehlenden da es praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet ist und alles was man braucht ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden ist. Der Check in ist einfach zu handhaben. Besonders genossen haben wir die kleine Terrasse auf welcher wir die Sonne bei einer fantastischen Aussicht genießen konnten Wenn wir wieder im Wallis arbeiten, kommen wir gerne wieder hier her. Nous avons passé deux jours dans le logement de Flavio. L'appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé. A deux pas de la gare et d'un petit supermarché. La rue est un peu bruyante le soir. L'arrêt de bus pour les pistes de ski est devant la maison. On peut donc tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons eu de la peine à faire fonctionner la cuisinière mais Flavio a été très réactif. Juste dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu trouver d'arrangement pour laisser nos bagages dans un coin le temps de la compétition de ski de notre fils. Mais à part cela, tout s'est très bien passé et nous reviendrons volontiers visiter la région !

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation rasch und problemlos. Eine schöne Ferienwoche in toller Umgebung. Danke

Klein, aber fein, bequeme Betten, schönes Bad und prima Küche mit allem was man braucht.

Perfect stop over after coming down St. Gotthard. Had a warm welcome. The dogs were happy to be able to stretch their legs and run around ( closed garden ❤️!). And Google manages the communication in any language 😁 Will always try to come back again !

Casa impeccabile. Spazi ampi e ben arredati ed accessoriati. La pulizia delle camere e della cucina era ottima. Nel complesso super soddisfatto, casa calda con un riscaldamento top, 3 belle camere matrimoniali con 3 bagni, più 4 posti letto singoli e un altro bagno di servizio, il camino a legna è un plus per passare le serate sul divano con l'atmosfera giusta, Qualche nota di attenzione: i divani, che non sono super comodi; manca il forno e soprattutto un microonde (ma c'è un fornetto elettrico abbastanza grande) e considerando la bellezza della cucina e la quantità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici forniti è veramente strano.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Superbe maison confortable et authentique, magnifiquement rénovée, où il fait frais même par fortes chaleurs. La vue des chambres est splendide. Géraldine est très accueillante. Stresa est à 10mn à pieds, un peu plus au retour car la pente est raide, mais c'est un plaisir de pouvoir tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Had a great stay at Yi-Tais and martins place with a beautiful view of pilatus and other mountains, in a great location and not far from a bus stop into Lucerne

Pobyt u Matteo okazał się idealnym wyborem. Mieszkanie przestronne,czyste,dobrze wyposażone. Matteo bardzo był pomocny, odpowiadał szybko na nasze wiadomości. Na zewnątrz jest miejsce i całe wyposażenie na grilla i co najważniejsze miejsce parkingowe pod domem. Lokalizacja świetna. Można zwiedzić piękne Lago Maggiore,a do Como tylko 1 h drogi. Polecam z całego serca!

Spent 2 nights at Tina's place with a family of 5 plus a toddler. The place is located not far from the train station but the road is quite hilly. If you are traveling with elderly, you may consider to take a taxi. The place is new and clean with well equipped kitchen! Tina and her cleaning lady are very helpful and responsive. The only comment would be on the sofa seat which we feel its quite sinking. The rest are perfect! We enjoyed our stays!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la vue depuis le balcon est très agréable avec le soleil de fin de journée.

L’appartement est très sécurisé. Idéal quand on est avec une voiture. La proximité du métro est super pour tous les déplacements vers le centre de Milan. Nous avons également pu déjeuner sur la terrasse à l’abri des arbres y faisant face.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Patrizia war hervorragend. Besonders die Kommunikation, die aufgeräumte tadellose Wohnung sowie die beiden grossen und gemütliche Balkone waren super. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Kaffee Maschine, entspricht vielleicht nicht mehr den heutigen Bedürfnissen. ich war jedoch erstaunt wie gut der Kaffee mündete und dies ohne Kapseln. gerne wieder in der Wohnung von Patrizia .

The apartment is in a central location in Como, making transportation easy and convenient. The furnishings were new, well-organized, and clean. The kitchen was especially impressive — very functional, spotless, and fully equipped. Communication with Fabio was fast and smooth. The Wi-Fi signal was initially weak, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the central location.
