This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

Close to university with effective office area and comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Great location! Had issues with parking (someone parked in our reserved spot the whole time we were there), but hosts were responsive. We ended up trying to find spots that didn’t belong to anyone and also parked in visitor parking. That was a bit stressful, but other than that, it was a great location close to some really cool restaurants and shops.

Great place! In a nice quiet area, the apartment was nice and spacious, it had a washer and dryer so that helped a lot! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Katie’s place was great! Nice, quiet, safe, and walkable location, lots of nearby stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails. It had everything I needed for a long term stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phoenix.

This was the perfect stay for my girls trip/birthday trip. Not only is this home spacious, but it’s beautiful inside. The flamingo interior makes you feel like you’re on an episode of Love Island 😂😂 My friends and I LOVED the decor. The pool outside is a pluss. There are so many photo ops in here too. The attention to detail with the flamingo theme was top tier. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was about 20-30 min away from most of my destinations. A rental is definitely recommended. Nate answered back fast when I had a question. 5 starssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home that matched perfectly with the description. Immaculately clean, with extra everything you may need (blankets, towels, coffee, etc.). Really pleased that we chose to stay at this house, I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

This house has so much to offer! We visited for medical reasons but also wanted to unwind. The backyard is thoughtfully designed with multiple seating areas, fire pits, a gas grill, outdoor games, hammocks, a pool, and a large hot tub with great lighting. Everything was stocked and ready to use. Inside, there's foosball, arcade games, and a large TV. The decor is fun, and the kitchen is one of the best-equipped we've seen—perfect for family gatherings. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the pool heating. One thing to note (though out of the host’s control) is the high number of bees, especially in the evening. This may be a seasonal issue, but despite being cautious, one of my children stepped on a bee on our last night. Additionally, two out of four in our group were bitten by fire ants while walking barefoot on the turf. Something to keep in mind if you have allergies to either. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home!

We were in town for my dads 93rd birthday. Marty's place was 5 minutes from his place, 5 minutes from resturants, brew pub, crumble cookie 7 many other things. Freeway access is super easy, 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor airport. Marty's place worked great for us and we would stay there again if/when needed. Marty responded very quickly with any questions we had. Thank you it was a greata stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Maria is a great host. House was clean and as described. The location is central to many restaurants and things to do around west Phoenix. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

We loved our stay in Mesa. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to questions and when there was an issue with the dryer, he had it resolved within hours. We would stay here again! One of our favorite places to date.

Had a great stay, place was just what my girlfriend and I needed while we were down here. We didn’t have any problems with anything and the entire place was very clean. The one time that we did reach out to our host they replied within seconds. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area again!
