We loved our stay at Butuan City. The place was able to accommodate our large group comfortably. There’s A/C available throughout the house and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The welcome package was also a very nice surprise to receive when we arrived! The caretaker of the house was helpful whenever we needed to contact them. Misael was extremely responsive whenever we would message them regarding any questions we had. They are also very understanding of our situation and let us check into the house earlier without any issues! Will definitely recommend this stay to others staying in the area.

The host was beyond accommodating-communication was smooth, and they even allowed me to extend my stay because my flight was late. That level of thoughtfulness made all the difference! One of the sweetest touches was the welcome letter they prepared for me. It was such a warm and personal gesture that I still have it with me to this day! Little details like this really set the experience apart. Now, let's talk about the place itself-absolutely gorgeous! The loft-style design, with its high ceilings and open space, made it feel luxurious and airy. Plus, they provided complimentary toiletries, which was such a nice touch!
