Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern dort, es gab ein Zustellbett für unseren kleinsten. Alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartment. Keine 5 min von der U-Bahn entfernt, mit welcher man in 10-15 min direkt an der Akropolis und AltStadt ist, einfach perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Spielplätze was einen schönen Abendspaziergang ermöglichte und die Kids hatten Freude daran nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag. Die Gegend und auch die U-Bahn Fahrt hat sich stets sehr sicher angefühlt. Evelina hat stets schnell, auch im vorraus alle Fragen beantworte und nichts offen gelassen. Besonders wollen wir uns nochmal bedanken für das liebevolle Frühstück mit Café und Saft was bereitstand für den ersten Morgen. Das war besonders lieb da wir erst nach Mitternacht vom Flughafen angekommen waren. Wir haben uns in Evelinas Appartment von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen wenn wir wieder mal nach Athen kommen hier wieder übernachten zu dürfen.

An ideal apartment to explore Napflio and the region. You can park just in front, it is clean, spacious, and super well-equipped, down to every detail. Beds are comfortable. The terrace is very pleasant too, with nice sunsets over the hills opposite. Oranges, cake, and biscuits made a difference upon arrival too! We strongly recommend Κωνσταντίνα's flat.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καλά δομημένος, ενώ η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι ήταν άνετα, καθαρά και με μια μαγική θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα ευγενικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας και θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous avons été reçues par le mari de konstantina, Steve qui a été très gentil de nous accueillir malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Le logement était très bien aménagé, la literie confortable. Malgré son absence, konstantina était très réactive par message et Steve était présent pour nous conseiller. Il nous a offert de très bons fruits et une confiserie de l île de Chios. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce logement et des ces deux hôtes adorables. Si nous revenons à Athènes sûrement que nous reviendrons chez konstantina et Steve ! Je recommande a 100% !

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

Vecdi Bey kibardi, sorularimiza hizla cevap verdi, güvenilirdi, problem çıkarsa yardımcı olacağı konusunda güven verdi. Ev biz gelmeden temizlenmisti. Ev ve mutfak eşyaları açısından neredeyse her şey mevcut diyebiliriz. Kahvaltı hazırlamak ve yemek yapmakta zorlanmadık. Keçi bükü tarafındaki plajlara yürüme mesafesinde (maksimum 5 dk), bu plajların otoparkında ve sezlonglarinda kolaylikla yer bulabilirsiniz. Vecdi Bey'in güvenilir bir ev sahibi olduğunu ve konforlu bir tatil geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim, gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Evin konumu muhteşemdi. Arabamızla gittiğimiz için tercih sebebimizde otoparkı binanın altında ve oldukça korunaklı her yerde kamera sistemi var. Evin içerisi oldukça modern ve temizdi. Kapı girişlerinde şifre mevcut şifrelerle giriyor olmak daha güvenli geldi. Her koridor ve kapı dışlarında kamera olması da çok iyi. Bunun yanında kapıda şifre ile ilgili problem yaşadık ama hızlı bir şekilde sorunumuzu çözdü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The neighborhood is lively and easy to access public transportation. There are several great little restaurants tucked in and around the little Victoria Square. We had no problem accessing the subway and also walking to the city center. Or would have been a little far to walk to Plaka but not impossible. But there is no need as it is only two stops away and less than 2 euros. We were very comfortable and had a large family of 9.

Super Umgebung sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Appartement war auch sehr sauber. Und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!! Siamo stati molto bene nella casa di George. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito ed ha una terrazza con una vista mare splendida, in particolare al tramonto. Tutto corrispondeva a quanto scritto nell'annuncio. La famiglia di George vive nell'appartamento sotto: ci hanno accolto, insieme al vicino di casa, con grandissima simpatia, ospitalità, interesse e ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi necessità. Grazie a tutti voi, siamo stati molto bene! A presto

We stayed at the place for 3 days and it was from the beginning a great experience. The neighbourhood was very central with couple of coffee & restaurant places. The place was as described, comfy, clean and equipped with everything needed & more. The hostess was proactive, friendly and all the instructions were clear from the beginning. Highly recommended if you are searching for an easy & worth stay in that area :)

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean! It is in an amazing location, just one minute from the White Tower. Everything is nearby, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and the main markets of Thessaloniki! Amalia was very helpful and polite—the best host I’ve had through this app. I highly recommend it!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in Nikitas' und Evas Appartment und können den vielen anderen sehr positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Die beiden sind sehr höfliche und freundliche Gastgeber, man fühlte sich direkt wie bei Freunden. Wir waren völlig überrascht, dass es Willkommensgeschenke und bei der Verabschiedung nochmals Abschiedsgeschenke für uns gab. Alles ehrlich und herzlich gemeint. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Nikitas und Eva für diese wunderschöne Woche in Nikiti und Umgebung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung, Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, trotz Nähe zu einer großen Hauptverkehrsstraße sehr ruhige Wohnung. Öffentliche Parkplätze waren zu jeder Tageszeit zu finden. Kleiner Park in der Nähe. Rouli hat uns nachts, kurz vor Mitternacht, freundlich und entspannt empfangen. Check out konnten wir nach Absprache eine Stunde später machen. Gute Matratze und ebensolche Kissen. Im Kühlschrank waren netterweise Getränke deponiert. Kaffee, Tee und Grundausstattung waren in Küche und Bad vorhanden. Für Leute, die Termine wahrnehmen müssen, sind Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen hilfreich.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

Great choice

Beautiful apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling on my own for the first time to an unknown country, I was nervous as my flight landed around 1.30am but as soon as I landed, the host (Zeta) instantly replied me & reassured me. She was waiting for me in the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for a couple or whole family. It has all the amenities necessary, fully functional kitchen, washing machine & lovely large balcony area with outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants & cafe within walking distance. Ideal location for the Hygeia Hospital & beautiful town Chalandri is within 10mins of walking. Aga Paraskevi metro is about 12mins walk & it takes only about 30mins to the airport. Zeta replies to all your questions promptly & she is very friendly. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

this beautiful elegant studio overpassed my expectations. great value for money, impeccably clean, smart and tidy, fully equipped and ergonomic. The space is so cozy and beautiful you don't want to leave located at the very top floor of a very neat block of flats, it's an autonomous privated studio with abundant outdoor spaces. a balcony overlooking the west & the sea for magical sunsets and a balcony at the east for early risers. quiet and sunny served my detox isolation perfectly. inside I enjoyed how ergonomic the kitchen was in regards with the rest of the space. plenty of storing cupboard and drawers, same with bedroom. the bathroom was also clean and spacious. warm water all the time... I enjoyed so much meeting kyriakos in person. such a polite, hospitable, kind man, with a lot of "meraki" as we say in Greece. his ethos and genuine filoxenia are reflected both in his studio with all the details taken care but also with his proactive and always available nature I found my home
