Great location. Very handy secure off street parking. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Highly recommend.

Kathryn’s place was a delight to stay in! It was incredibly comfortable and in a great location with everything on your doorstep. The penthouse was incredibly quiet and peaceful, and we loved the very cosy couches and armchairs. I’ll even miss doing the dishes because of the view of kunanyi out of the window! Having parking was fantastic, as it’s not the easiest in this area. Would thoroughly recommend for both its comfort and proximity to Salamanca and the centre of town.

Great renovated unit, amazing location and great views. Unit has everything required for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed parking on such a tricky slope and Richard also guided well on how to park.

The property had everything we needed, and more! Some very thoughtful touches to make us feel at home, lots of very helpful recommendations, quiet area yet within close walking distance of so many cafes, restaurants, the market, etc. Chris and Kirsten were very responsive and generous hosts, highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and great showers. Location is close to what you want to see and far enough away to be super quiet at night. I'll be staying again.

The location was great and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the 5 of us. Also, the hosts were very proactive and responsive/helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hobart.

This was practically a brand new apartment which was very comfortable with good quality appliances. Comfy beds & great towels! Melanie’s instructions made it easy for us to get in to the complex. She also gave great restaurant recommendations. Good central location to everything. Highly recommend this property.

Andrea is an excellent host and the accommodation was top-notch. Dogs were allowed and well-catered for, which was a deal-breaker for my father and his constant companion! Everything we needed was there, and it was lovely to relax in the sunny living room with a view of the river.

My aunts spent their night at Farida’s property. There was a little hiccup with the check in, but thankfully resolved quickly! Farida is an extremely responsive host, property was stunning and exactly like the photos! Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a place near the airport!

We had an amazing stay at Jen’s place recently. It was beautiful, clean and spacious and in the best location, just 400m walk down to Salamanca. Well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine and a luxurious bathtub in the bathroom. The place was lovely and warm with a heat pump in the lounge room and heaters in all bedrooms. Lovely fresh flowers on the hall table made us feel welcome and right at home. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Jen!

This is an amazing house, with an amazing host! We had quite a few requests which James happily accommodated. James is a host who genuinely wants his guests to have a great experience. The house is beautiful, has incredible amenities and is an beautiful location next to a secluded beach. We felt blessed to have spent our holdiays here. We will absolutely stay again!

A beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the house and the location and having Smolt Kitchen so close was a bonus -Great food and coffee! Also Hill Street Market an easy walk to buy essentials. West Hobart is a great location. We were travelling with an infant so the cot and high chair provided were appreciated. We really enjoyed our time here.

Lovely location, Bear with Me cafe was excellent. Shop close by, well stocked and open every day. Hobart Rivulet is a lovely walk into town, go down road at side of Bear with me cafe, right into town, left up to Cascades brewery (well worth a visit for a meal). Hop on hop off bus stop just round the corner. Well equipped house with everything you would need and more. South Hobart is a lovely suburb with some beautiful houses.

My partner, 5 month old, and I had a wonderful stay at Amanda and Tom’s place. Beautiful views, centrally located, and plenty of cafes, bars, and Hobart central all near by.

Really enjoyed our stay, we should have stayed longer. The absolute best location to access all Salamanca Place has to offer. The market, restaurants and local attractions like MONA via the ferry are a must do.

I love that flat, well equipped and cozy. Jame is helpful and responsive. it was a great surprise that Jame sent us a bottle of wine which we definitely appreciated after a long day drive. Lovely neighborhood and convenient to supermarkets and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

What a fabulous stay. Right next to the beach, easy walking for a coffee or dinner. Close to everything. The unit is decorated in a lovely vibe. Beds very comfortable. The touches in the fridge were so welcomed as we arrived late. Highly recommend and would stay again!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed having the washing machine and dryer. Good beds and decent light in the bedroom - always a big plus. Also handy having secure underground parking. Would happily stay here again.

Great View. Well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and left ample food and snacks which was super helpful when arriving from out of town. They even left a bottle of wine. Perfect.

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
