Whether you’re here with your special someone or just here by yourself to relax and recharge we welcome all our guest to explore the area and take advantage of all the amenities offered.

Petit Jean cabin with stunning view

Beautiful cabin on 6 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

Little House on the River

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing.
