Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Peacefull and quiet place in Saulkrasti

We had such a great stay at this place! The Clockhouse Garage has been beautifully renovated - it’s super modern and stylish, but still feels really cozy and welcoming. Everything inside was super clean, warm, and had everything we needed. It’s a really peaceful spot near the Baltic Sea, perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. The host was awesome - really friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We honestly loved it and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, well-designed getaway!

Это дом, куда хочется вернуться! Прекрасная планировка дома, Супер уютная гостиная с выходом на веранду, удобная кухня, спальни. Всё очень удобно и продуманно. На кухне есть всё необходимое и для готовки и для сервировки. Ощущение какбудто ты дома. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернёмся!!!

Thanks to the host! The place is clean, the house is spacious, and the sauna is great. They were also very helpful and responsive. I recommend visiting, especially in the summer season.

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

Мы отдыхали в этом доме три дня с компанией друзей и остались в полном восторге! Дом светлый, чистый, очень уютный и со вкусом обустроенный. Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas burzmas. Viss tīrs un pārdomāts. Ļoti atsaucīgi un pretimnākoši saimnieki. Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, kas bija lieliski sagatavota. Patika, ka ir padomāts arī par bērniem, kur var drošā vidē iziet, pastaigāties, rotaļāties bērnu laukumiņā, un pat apskatīt aitiņas. Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies!

the house was great exactly as shown in pictures there was even a lot of extra stuff that they didn't advertise. the host was very responsive and did what ever we needed. the house was very clean.

Paldies par burvīgo māju, servisu, komunikāciju. Māja ir ļoti gaumīga un stilīga. Noteikti ieteiktu šo vietu draugu pasēdēšanai. No mīnusiem varu minēt to ka baseina udens bija drusku par siltu, karstajā laika īsti nesanāca atvēsināties. Net trakākais bija tas ka atpūtu sabojāja kaimiņš kas dzīvo aiz žoga, viņam traucēja ieslēgts džakuzi , traucēja mūsu sarunas, traucēja mūzika, mēģinājām runāt bet cilvēks vnk neklausīja un ieslēdza zāles pļāvēju - kurš radīja troksni un smirdēja ar benzīnu jo tika novietots praktiski mums blakus. Mājas saimniekiem būtu vērts izrunāties ar kaimiņu, brīdināt ka būs viesi, lai turpmāk šādas situācijas neatkārtotos, jo mums tad sabojāja noskaņojumu.

Great place near the sea! Peteris is a superhost for a reason. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

The stay was picturesque. The apple tree in front provided a beautiful shade from the sun and cover from light rain over the table, where we had our meals. A cute little cat would come and visit us from time to time. The lounge chairs provided were very comfortable way to sun-bathe or relax under the shadow of the trees. The house was cozy and had everything you will need for a relaxed vacation. The hosts had thought about every detail. They seem to be kind, welcoming, helpful, generous and private people who respected our own privacy too. We would meet them occasionally in the front of the house or see them tend their vegetable garden, and have a little bit of a small talk full with smiles. Thank you Mrs and Mr Čikina for the wonderful stay!

Ļoti jauka un izpalīdzīga saimniece! Mājiņā ir viss, kas ir nepieciešams komfortam. Ērtas gultas, tīra veļa, daudz dažādi trauki, katli un pannas. Tika atstāts arī dzeramais ūdens + jauka dāvana ❤️ Viss bija perfekti, noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl! Paldies!

I came here to focus on studying, but actually you only need hiking shoes and binoculars to watch swans and other birds living in the lake. You're surrounded by nature in a peaceful neighborhood, the lake houses are very cosy and clean, the place itself is meant to relax. If you come on foot, it's best (in my opinion), if you have some sort of transportation – bike, scooter, skateboard – as it let's you reach the closest city Carnikava in about half-hour. The map suggested that there's a local shop nearby in Gauja, but locals told that it would open only from April, and told me the next closest shop is right at the Gauja train station. It's good to know, if you have to buy products. Overall: I wish I didn't have to study, I'd probably hike around the lake and the local forests all day. Hosts are super helpful, the place is amazing. During my stay, every now and then sounds of military training from Ādaži polygon were noticeable, a few helicopters flew over, but it didn't bother me.

The cabin was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked with all the supplies necessary for a great sauna get-away. We hope to come back some time!

My favorite part was the view and the balcony. Loved it.

This was my 2nd stay with this host and it was perfect. Very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!!
