This was our second time staying at the Opal and it was just as amazing as the first time! We stayed in October 2024 for our honeymoon and it was magical. It's so quiet, private, and relaxing. The big tall windows let so much light induring the day and we had a full moon during our stay this time which was equally amazing! The hot tub and campfire were a pleasure as always, and the weather was perfect for both. We loved visiting our friends Rosie, Posie, and Stella and giving them treats. Billie is always super responsive and helpful and makes the stay easy and worry-free. We are so excited to come back this Oct for our anniversary!

Very very nice property, beautiful home and a very cozy space. My only issue with it was that it felt a little too exposed at times, with no curtains on the large windows in the living area. At times I felt a little spooked sitting on the couch at night. Overall great experience, and I very much enjoyed my stay!

Great view with lots of space. Amazing hot tub. Watch out if you come after a rain. The access road can have the gravel washed out. Bring a truck if coming after some weather. Other than that cool place

We are a family of 4, 2 kids ages 5 and 6 months. The cabin and surrounding area checked every box for a needed getaway. The cabin is the perfect mix of history and rustic with comfort. Its the perfect setup to put our kids to bed and be able to enjoy the hot tub and wood stove while they were sleeping within earshot and our daughter loved the swingset and play room. We unfortunately had an issue with the electricity which made cooking our meals a little trickier than anticipated, but Raymond and Nicole did their best to accommodate. A really nice touch is having the TV hidden. We didnt once think to turn it on and it definitely helped to keep our 5 year old from asking, too. It was a real family weekend without distractions. Having horse and buggies clopping by in the background was a cool touch of ambience too ;) Only less than peaceful thing were ATV riders at night through the creek at night but thankfu it didnt last long. We will definitely be back! :)

We loved it here! It was our first experience with renting out something like this. I'll never do hotels again! It was so peaceful. Love the fact that the host had snacks and everything you'd need for a relaxing couple days. The place was super clean too! Would love to go back again. Only bummer was it rained a lot while we were there, but we made the best of it and really enjoyed our trip. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying here!! Very beautiful and well kept property. Communication was excellent from both Stevie and Greg. This was a peaceful retreat that we look forward to revisiting time and time again!

I loved this stay ! It was in a beautiful location , I walked up the road and found a pear tree , behind the house there’s a beautiful open field. I will be returning ! Only thing is that there wasn’t any salt and pepper like listed . But I didn’t mind too much. Also to note I stayed during a warm season and struggle sleeping in the heat, the AC unit is in the living room so that it where I slept during my stay. Host was very responsive and friendly, there are stores nearby with everything you need. I felt very safe here and held by the beautiful surrounding nature.

The Cabin was great, nicely furnished and served it's purpose for our guests. Mineral Springs is beautiful! I recommend renting a golf cart or bringing one so you can enjoy the whole property. Kristi and her team are top notch. I highly recommend visiting Mineral Springs.

Just like the name states this is a very cozy hideaway. If you’re looking to go off grid and need some peace and quiet this is the spot. The hosts were Absolutely wonderful their hospitality and kindness are unmatched I was recommended hiking trails and all of what’s notable in the area. They were very accommodating if I needed anything they were ready to help. The area is secluded and your about two football fields away from the hosts house he even has a trail that leads from your cabin to there back porch incase you need wifi. All in all it was a wonderful time and I will defs be back soon to visit my new friends and hike some more trails!!!

Josef was an excellent host. We arrived early and his friendly dogs greeted us. Since we had arrived early, he was in the middle of something but was quick to stop what he was doing to give us a full tour and get us settled in. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was beautiful, clean and set up for us with anything we night need.

We had the best time. And our kids loved swimming, play areas, and the cabin! We felt right at home and the staff was excellent!! We can’t wait to make this a yearly weekend getaway!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the red cabin. It is absolutely precious and very inviting. It was clean as a pin and had everything we needed. The bathroom is so very cute and the views from the windows are awesome. What a great sunrise.

This was the most perfect peaceful getaway. Just what I needed and was looking for getting away from the city for a few days. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to bring a new propane tank for the grill, which I really appreciated. They also were flexible with my checkout time. Lastly, I left an item and the host offered to mail it to me:) The house couldn’t have been better- clean, beautiful decor, peaceful. I will definitely be back!
