Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

Damon was an excellent host and this place is perfectly located. Welcomed surprise being walkable to a park and coffee shop. Will certainly be staying here again next time I'm visiting Denver if it's available!

Perfect place if you need to be right at Union Station and downtown

Had a great stay at Lillian’s! We loved the space, the view, and all of the building’s amenities. The location was also great, as there was so much to do around us and it was easy to hop onto the highway to get around other parts of Denver. And my family loved all of the extra fun touches in the unit like the assortment of games, karaoke mics, and snacks that were left out for us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

Great apartment- spacious, lovely view. Two livingroom areas. Small bedroom and bathroom but plenty of room in the apartment. Nice quality kitchenware and towels. Great hot water. Couch in front of window very nice for enjoying the view. Close to great restaurants. thorough instructions, easy check in . Highly recommend!

This place is in the perfect location for downtown Denver. Extremely walkable to everything. All of the surroundings are well. Nothing around the area is unkempt. Extremely safe! As far as the condo. Simply amazing. Everything is in top notch conditions, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The host are always available and easy to communicate with by phone. Check in as a simple as accessing your key fobs at the front desk when you arrive. It is always staffed. I will definitely be staying here at all future visits to downtown Denver and have already passed the contact to three friends that had stopped by to say hi

The place is larger than I expected and has everything for a great stay! Kate is a great host and we will be back next time we travel to Denver.

This is a gorgeous place with tons of windows & amazing light. The bedrooms were nicely blacked out, beds were comfortable, showers were upscale. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5. Be careful when cooking or even blow drying your hair— the building has a VERY sensitive fire alarm system!😬😳 we loved Denver & walked everywhere including Coors Field & Ball Arena. The building staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. We would stay here if we ever come back into town.

Great place to stay. The location is very walkable to so many things in Denver. We stayed for a show at The Summit and it was an easy five minute walk. Great views as well.

stayed here for our first Red Rocks show, and it was wonderful!! flew here so took the train from the airport to Union Station and the property was a short walk away from the station :) took a shuttle to Red Rocks where the pickup was at Union, and it was so convenient. this place has everything you could need— i really appreciated all the little toiletries and even hair styling tools provided! full kitchen, laundry, board games, and it has great decor. also in a very walkable part of the city so there’s lots around, plus those motorized scooters or people doing those bike ride carriage things. 24/7 concierge in the front and they were all so nice. just great things to say!

If you're looking for a peaceful stay for the entire family, THIS is the place. It's close to Denver and the nearby scenic towns (such as Golden, Boulder or Idaho Springs). But the house itself has so many things to keep you entertained as well. Spices cupboard is a definite standout! Overall we felt at home and would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was my favorite visit to Denver. Brian was one of the best host I have ever had. This bnb has the best energy and meet all of our expectations. We had zero trouble finding the place and getting checked in. The main bathroom water pressure was life changing for me. The dry sauna with NIR red light therapy was the icing on the cake. The beds were super comfy. I slept through the night for the first time in months. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook pretty much any and everything. The box truck theater is such a cool feature. The location of the house was perfect. Tons of places to visit and amazing dog parks. Brian offered us a lesson in wood working, which was above and beyond. My son made two wooden rings that came out beautifully. My son really enjoyed himself. It's the most I've seen him smile in sometime. We ended our stay with a fire and smores that we share with Brian. Amazing bnb. Phenomenal host. Prefect trip. Thank you Brian for making this such a memorable trip.

The house was charming - nice mix of modern and historic decor. Bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds were comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. It was nice to have off street parking, and we didn't find it difficult to get in and out. Check in and check out was easy. The location had some pros and cons. It's very close to the highway, which makes it easier to get to downtown or out to the mountains. But it's a block from a train track and you definitely hear from the upstairs bedroom. And it's in a pretty industrial neighborhood so if not great if you want to go for a run or walk.

It was a pleasure staying in Denver at this beautiful Airbnb for 7 nights! We were a group of 16 people and one dog, traveling from multiple states to visit CO for the week. Ryan was a great host from booking through check out! We highly recommend this Airbnb when visiting the Denver area with a large group! Our group enjoyed cooking meals, relaxing, exercising, entertaining, and connecting in Ryan’s thoughtfully designed Airbnb. It was nice to be conveniently located to exceptional dining, shops, parks, and Red Rock Amphitheater. Thanks a bunch Ryan!!!

Wow, absolutely amazing experience. Liz and Camron were very sweet, communicative, and accommodating. House rules are reasonable and easily understood. Clean space, nice area, communicative hosts. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Host was great to work with the extra’s in the house are great! I have stayed at several houses and this one was one of the best as far as extra’s go! Appreciated everything about the house and the host!

Tiene muchas cosas que te ahorra dinero y mas con una familia de 6!!! Ame que tiene cosas de despensa, cafe, azúcar, aceite, shampoo, cremas, detergentes para lavar ropa y platos, especies, mermeladas, mantequilla, en fin mil cosas que te hacen ahorrar en gastos =) Angel se portó increíble puesto que nos dejo entrar un poco antes para dejar maletas. Me encantaron las camas, solo como sugerencia sartenes mas grandes, pero bueno eso por que somos 6 =). La chimenea de sala y del cuarto me encantó Y si traes carro super mejor la ubicación, sino, la parada del bus esta a pasos de su casa =) Solo batalle para entenderle a la calefacción del segundo piso, pero nada que incomodara. Me encantó!!!! Super seguro!!!!! Lo recomiendo 1000000%
