We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Nice clan apt. perfect for a family to stay very close to the beach and center. Host was great and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely charming—clean, cozy, and full of character. The village is stunning, peaceful, and felt like a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. Wir haben die Zeit in Rasims Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit einem einmaligen Blick auf das Meer und einem großen Garten mit Obstbäumen, von denen man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Blick auf das Meer ist einmalig und atemberaubend. Wir haben die meiste Zeit des Urlaubs im Haus verbracht, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Zum sehr schönen und ruhigen Strand dauert es zu Fuß nicht mal 10 Minuten. Dort gibt es auch eine Bar mit Drinks und gutem Essen für sehr anständige Preise. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in größeren Städten in der Nähe, wenn der Verkehr mitspielt. Wir können Rasims Haus klar weiterempfehlen.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Bardzo atrakcyjnie usytuowane miejsce. Blisko malutkiej plaży. Plaża pozostawia trochę do życzenia ale nie jest to przedmiotem wynajmu. Świetnie wyposażony domek, wystarczającej wielkości pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze, basen który idealnie się sprawdza w gorące dni. W okolicy brakuje dobrych miejsc do zjedzenia ale to ogólny problem w tej miejscowości. Bardzo sympatyczna mama właścicielki która była bardzo pomocna. Wydaje się że to najlepsza opcja w tej części Czarnogóry.

Ein wunderbares super schönes kleines Haus in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Der Garten ist super schön und toll gepflegt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Besonders im Badezimmer fehlt es an nichts Duschgel, Shampoo, Windeln etc. Erdi und seine Familie waren super nett und hilfsbereit! Bei jeder Kleinigkeit haben sie uns mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Überall waren Mückennetze und Anti-Moskito rauchstäbchen, was klasse war. Keine einzige Mücke im Haus. Einzige kleine Anmerkung: die Klimaanlage ist in dem oberen Raum angebracht und kühlt somit das Schlafzimmer oben und den Wohnbereich aber nicht die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer. Es war jedoch noch ok von der Temperatur, da es nachts draußen schon recht kalt wurde.

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

Miejsce godne polecenia! Świetna lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny właściciel! Dużo udogodnień - warto się tu zatrzymać!

На что могу обратить внимание: -все фотографии и описание соответствовали реальности или были лучше. Очень важная информация для аллергиков и любителей животных: на территории живут 4 кошки (могут заходить в дом) и вечером приходят ручные/не пугливые ежи. (Говорят еще приходит черепаха- мы не застали). Лучше моих ожиданий оказалось: - хорошая мебель, качественные ортопедические матрасы; - отношение хозяев: мой трехлетний сын, к концу поездки проводил с ними больше времени, чем с нами, сейчас скучает по ним; к нашим сложностям, когда болели дети; было впечатление, что мы гостим у родственников или давних друзей. Хуже моих ожиданий: - нет тротуаров (кажется по всей стране кроме городов), прогулочных дорог: погулять можно только по проезжим улицам дворов. Мы видели туристов, которые ходили вдоль шоссе до соседних поселков, но на наш взгляд это слишком опасно для жизни. - в поселке нет аптеки, доктора, дет.площадки. Мы, в результате, арендовали машину и ездили на песчаный пляж Ульциня утром и на прогулку и шоппинг в Бар вечером.

Das Haus ist einfach gestaltet jedoch sehr schön gelegen. Der morgens Blick ins Wasser ist traumhaft. Mit etwas Fahrzeit, gibt es sehr viele schöne Orte zu entdecken. Ein Muss ist der Skalar See mit seiner beeindruckende Natur, die Atlstadt von Ulcinj und die Häfen entlang der Küste. Für Naturliehaber genau das richtige. Lieben Dank liebe Ana für die tolle Bootfahrt, die du für uns organisiert hast. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We were here in the off season so no loud music. Location is perfect and Close to the beach and Old Town
