The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Wir haben zu Dritt Urlaub mit Hund in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung gemacht und finden wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Wohnung hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und liegt von morgens bis abends im Sonnenschein. Ein gemütlicher Ort mit Seele. Einfach traumhaft schön. Elisabetta & Mattia waren super Hosts, mit klasse Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns super erholt und hatten über Silvester Frühlingsgefühle dank der tollen Lage & Sonne pur. Klare Empfehlung!

Fun, fabulous and friendly. We loved our stay at Mauro’s place. It is in a great location for exploring Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and were even able to park our Motorhome. Mauro’s artwork was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Wunderschönes, 300 Jahre altes Haus. Urgemütlich. Fantastische Umgebung, fern von Touristenströmen. Extrem freundliche Gastgeberin, immer hilfreich, immer erreichbar. Köstliches, selbst gebackenes Brot von der Gastgeberin. Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit Ruhe, Bergen in ursprünglicher Umgebung. Highly recommend.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Hartelijke ontvangst door Fabrizio. Goede uitleg wat er te doen is én waar de hond welkom is. Zéér propere accommodatie en alles klopte volgens de advertentie. 2 kleine omheinde tuintjes waar de hond veilig kan rondlopen. Dichtbij de dijk waar vele cafés en restaurants zijn. Kleine superette vlakbij, Grote supermarkten op 5min met de auto. Host reageert snel op berichten. Wij hebben er een aangename tijd gehad.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat alles was man so braucht. Wir und unsere Hunde haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Sehr ruhig und optimale Lage für Aktivitäten. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und bis bald!

Our short visit to Lake Como was nothing short of amazing! From breath taking views, aperitivo at the local bar with the locals, convenient location to the water ferry, walk way along the lake and delicious local eats. Our warm welcome from Roberto made us all feel right at home. The thoughtful snacks and beverages were a bonus! Pack light as the narrow staircases were a bit challenging but overall an amazing experience for our first Lago di Como holiday! Grazie!

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, total im Zentrum. Die Parkmöglichkeit super organisiert. Alex reagierte immer sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten. Die Wohnung war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand, perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Besonders wichtig war für uns, dass die Unterkunft barrierefrei mit Rollstuhl zu erreichen und zu bewohnen ist. Das war wirklich perfekt. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang: Alles war vorhanden, um sich nach der Ankunft mit dem Nötigsten zu versorgen. Sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich !! Diese Wohnung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen !!

Die Unterkunft (Nr. 1, EG) in einem Haus mit ca. 7 Ferienwohnungen plus dazugehöriger Infrastruktur (Skikeller, Freizeitraum, Carport pro Wohnung, Mülltrennungsbereich, Schwarzes Brett mit Infos, Wäschekeller) ist gemütlich im 80/90er Jahre Stil eingerichtet und vorallem sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet (und alles beschriftet); besonders die moderne Küche (z.B. inkl. Fondueausstattung). Heizung war warm und Betten kuschelig, frieren mußten wir nicht. Bilder entsprechen Realität und alles ist wohlorganisiert. Sie liegt 50 m vom Rhein und nur 5 min. zu Fuß vom Thermalbad in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend. Auch alle nötigen Geschäfte sind in Laufnähe.

Romantic setting in a spacious apartment with an incredible view of Lake Lugano and the snow-capped mountains! Plenty of storage space in the bedroom for unpacking. Host communicated well about check-in and check-out. Impresses that she provided a couple of plug adapters for Switzerland to US.

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Irene war von Anfang an reibungslos und sie hat uns den Weg zur Farm klar beschrieben. Der Ort hat nicht ganz so viel zu bieten, aber ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sich andere Ort anzusehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf einer Olivenfarm und Irene verkauft dort auch das eigens produzierte Olivenöl. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist unschlagbar. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Ce fut un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans le logement proposé par Cindy et Joe. Si les occupations professionnelles ne nous auraient pas ramené chez nous ;-), nous aurions volontiers prolonger notre séjour. La gentillesse, la flexibilité et les conseils touristiques de Cindy, l’équipement à disposition ont rendu notre séjour agréable. A recommander!

Alessio und Valentina waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber! Der Checkin war gut organisiert und beschrieben, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichterte! Der Ausblick war phänomenal. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft jeder Person empfehlen, welche einen guten Ausblick und tolle Ausstattung zu schätzen weiss. liebe Grüsse an Alessio und Valentina! Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Un très bel appartement les pieds dans l’eau avec une vue magnifique. Une très bonne situation pour visiter facilement le lac de Côme Milan les îles Borromée le lac de Lugano … Nous recommandons fortement cet emplacement de rêve.
