We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Family of 4 stayed 3 nights in October 2024 and it was just what we needed. Had some beautiful long walks along the beach. The caravan was home from home, clean and cosy. It had everything you could want for cooking a simple breakfast to Sunday Roast. Clean and respectful surroundings around the park. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Fantastic spot walking distance from the train and all things Todmorden. Michelle was very responsive and helpful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! This place is highly recommended if you need a place in Tod.

Fabulous week at Dales Panoramic....such a comfortable cottage in a glorious setting. We were extremely fortunate with the weather 🌞 allowing us to enjoy the beautiful local countryside.

The cottage was charming, impeccably presented and very comfortable. Everything has been carefully planned with the interest and convenience of guests in mind. The hosts were proactive, attentive and responsive. I couldn't fault it.

We were a family group of three generations, ten adults and two children aged 5 and 8, celebrating Grandads 80th birthday. Clair’s house was even better than expected, easily accessible and yet with a private drive and garden. It is beautifully furnished with lots of accessories as can be seen in the photos and yet we felt comfortable. It is a family house, with a lovely kitchen at the heart. The main lounge was big enough for all with the second one for a little peace and quiet! The dining room easily sat us all which was especially great for our celebration meal. We found that the fridge was ample for all our food. All the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow and towels in the bathrooms. The garden now has an additional corner seating area which catches the sun too! Clair was helpful before, during and after, calling in on the first afternoon the make sure all was ok. She has clearly put a lot of herself into the house and it shows. Every family member enjoyed it!

What an amazing cottage. Central, pristine, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. Lucy was amazing - friendly responsive and lots of information in the cottage about the local area. We loved our stay and will definitely rebook! Thanks Lucy!

Niamh's apartment was a delight to stay in. It was light, airy and just like the photos. The kitchen and bathroom have been well modernised and the shower was excellent. Whalley is a good place to stay for a short break as it is pretty, with good facilities, friendly people and so easy to walk in beautiful countryside. Niamh was a great host : quick to communicate and helpful over check in and parking. (There is pressure on parking spaces in the location, but we managed to park close by both of the nights we stayed. ) Highly recommended.

The house was in the perfect location for our family wedding, close to the places we needed to be at over the weekend. The amenities were good, the dishwasher was not working so can't comment on that, however the shower is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Having two lounge areas were nice to have and allowed flexibility if you wanted to read whilst others watched the TV. Good spot, not noisy and the little courtyard is nice to have breakfast in the mornings.

We returned home yesterday after our stay at Wycoller Cottage. We didnt want to leave, we had an amazing time. Beautiful Cottage in a beautiful setting. Theresa is really lovely and very responsive when I required any help or advice. I would 100% recommend staying at this stunning cottage xx

Myself and my Boyfriend wanted a few days away in the peaceful countryside. That is exactly what we got. the cottage itself is so spacious and beautiful. Really clean and tidy and we made use of the DVDs and board games provided. The cottage is surrounded by farm land which is exactly what I wanted with a view of the cows in the field nearby. Nathalie was really fantastic when it came to communication too. I would absolutely come back here, and I would reccomend it to my friends and family. Thank-you Nathalie 😊

I visited with some friends and it was the perfect peaceful break we needed. We can’t wait to visit again! The place is decorated beautifully and our stay was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay while visiting the country for the first time. Great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and attending the local event that brought us to the area. Location was convenient and we found it very easy to get around by car. Amazing views to top it off.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kindness Cottage! Stayed for a whole week with our two boys (tweens) during Easter, and all of us enjoyed our stay very much. We felt very welcome, thanks to the preparations Penny and Ashley had made for us, with a nice welcoming basket, and all of the help they provided both before and during our stay. Loved the artsy vibe of the place and the nature right outside the door. Fell in love with the view from the bedroom window, and loved waking up to the sound of the river in the distance and the birds singing outside. We went on several hikes in the area, and found the walk to both Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall very charming, and would absolutely recommend exploring the many public footpaths close to the house. We actually found this place almost on accident, and feel so lucky that we came here. Would love to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculately clean and very tastefully presented. Reece and Chloe had provided everything we needed. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile if needed. The location is great with lovely views and excellent walks/hikes.
