This beachy cottage offers all the charm with plenty of space, in a quiet area with a huge property. This is a family home that we enjoy with friends & family year-round. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. You will have 200 acres of private land, family owned since 1818. Creek access for fishing, canoeing, etc. Come and unplug in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the Cheasapeake Bay or the Atlantic is a short drive away. Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

The narrow bit of land across 3446 Main St. belongs to our property w/chairs + a firepit + water access to launch kayaks (2) provided! An open plan-coastal rustic design. Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Just a few miles from the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge & Assateague Beach, Tin Cup Palace is a beautiful contemporary home located in the Private Community of Oyster Bay. Relax & unwind on the spacious screened porch or soak in the sunshine on the expansive front deck. Enjoy nights fireside by the cozy fire pit area w/ woodpile! Fully enclosed outdoor shower is perfect way to end a long day at the beach! Community offers community boat launch & waterfront common areas to crab or fish.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Island Blessing features three bedrooms, two baths with an open living room, dining room and kitchen. First floor has a master bedroom and bath and a rear screen porch perfect for your view of the water. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with a full bath. The lower-level functions as a flex space with a queen bed and comfortable seating. This home is a short walk to Baldy's restaurant and all Memorial Park has to offer.
