Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

Wonderful trip staying at this property! We loved the accessible location and the charm of the building---and several friendly cats outside! The owners were flexible with timing and very responsive. Very spacious as well and the TV had every channel under the sun. BEST part was the kitchen, equipped with super high-end appliances and a fridge to die for---exquisite! If we had a quibble, it would be the shower water pressure, but that is to be expected in older buildings. Overall, this was an A+ location. We will book again soon! Thank you!!!!

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Such a great experience, from the host to the property! Only positive feedback to give. Planning on staying here many more times in the future. 😊

Nestled just outside the downtown, The Cottage was peaceful, picturesque and private. Highly recommended!

Great location, minutes from downtown. Super clean and welcoming. The bed was fantastic and very comfortable. Host was really accomodating, would definitely stay here again!

This two bedroom chalet is a wonderful cottage with all the amenities you could want. Bountiful kitchen supplies in great shape. We cooked breakfast and dinner each of the three days we were there. More than ample space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable with a quiet neighborhood. Although out of town during our stay, Brandon was easy to reach and was very helpful. We have stayed in several AirBNB's and this was one of the very best. If available, we will return with members of our family., The bbq worked well. We didn't use the tv or the outside fire pit. This location was much closer to the wineries than it looked on the map. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Brandon.
