Everything was very clean. Paul was extremely helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. I would recommend this location and would stay again.

So close to the action, yet fat enough for peace and quiet. Got to see three Mardi Gras parades and we could watch the staging from our unit. Everything is right outside your door. Inside, plenty of space to relax including two large bedrooms with great storage and super comfortable beds!

Place was very cute. Walking distance to convention center and nice restaurants. Place was clean and Paul made sure we had what we needed. Perfect for 2 people

Host was great house was great. Only thing negative and is no reflection on the owner was there was 2 guest also staying a mother and older son and they would scream fight late into the night, Slamming and kicking doors, he kicked in one of the owners doors and tried to say he was going to lie an say his mom did it 😳. it was completely unacceptable to do this in this man home. Again has nothing to do with the Host or his survices. I would absolutely rent from him again long as them people was not there!

My visit to Jaelens place was great. Bed was great , lots of TV pick from. Host was outstanding, helpful. Area is fantastic for game day fun. I would book it again in a heart beat !

This place was a great location to visit Baton Rouge. Everything downtown was a lot closer than expected and very walkable. Getting to LSU was a short uber away. Paul was great in communicating with us! We got there, messaged him about a minor thing and he came by immediately to cleared everything up. He also gave a lot of great recommendations for food and things to do nearby. The entire apartment was clean and would be perfect for 2-4 people. We caught amazing weather so it was really comfortable. There are a/c units in the main room and one bedroom so it wouldn’t be too bad in the summer heat. There’s multiple units that open up to a courtyard, but we didn’t see many people so the complex was quiet. The beds are pretty soft so depending on your preference, they’re ok or great. The only knock on this place is the plumbing. Took a couple flushes, but a plunger was provided :) Other than that, it was a great place to stay for the price we paid! Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for the bowling tournament. It's 10 minutes walk to the front door of River Center. Tons of restaurants in the area too. The courtyard of the place smelled amazing with all the trees blooming.

Kenya’s place was great. We were in town working. It had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent unit, very well maintained. Located walking distance from Hospitals, which was the main reason we came to Baton Rouge.

Wanted just a relaxing weekend and we got that!!! Great location!!! The couch was so comfy I took more naps on the couch than the comfy bed. Super close to so many great places as well

Great convenient location. I like that it is gated, so we felt safe. The 2 bedrooms with baths were wonderful. One on the upper floor, kitchen on the middle floor, and the other bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor made for privacy and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen and living room area is very spacious! I highly recommend this!

Fantastic stay. I travel to Baton Rouge a lot and this has been the best pick yet. Private, clean and comfortable. The pool is an awesome bonus. Highly recommend.

Dallas was a great host. The place was just as described. It was clean, private, comfortable, and within walking distance of many restaurants, minutes from campus. I will recommend with Five Stars.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. central for our needs. Apartment was as described, like a home from home. The pool is shared and hadn't been maintained when we stayed and limited furniture around not as shown in photos.

I had a bit of a hard time navigating the codes to get in but the response to for assistance was fantastic! There is someone who live there full time, but he is a really good guy with a good heart! If you want a cheap stay, this isn’t too far from LSU, maybe a 20 minute walk, close to Tigerland, with some small stores very close by.
