Highly recommend. Easy to access and felt safe. Everything was squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Walkable to the city. Would happily stay again.

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

We’ve just had a very enjoyable 4 night break & were extremely impressed with the accommodation. It was nice & easy to locate the parking spot & check-in was straight forward. The property was spotlessly clean & the layout of the property was perfect for our needs. We were travelling with my elderly father who has mobility issues & our dog…. so the rooftop terrace was a bonus. The property was perfectly situated close to the centre of Dundee & an easy walk to the V&A. We visited HMS Unicorn which is docked nearby (well worth a look) & also Edinburgh, St. Andrews & Pitlochry. We would definitely recommend this property & would definitely return to stay here again. Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night in this amazing airbnb. When we checked in, we noticed that this would have been perfect for a longer stay: Amazing bath and kitchen, as well as a perfect location for trips to the Cairngorns National Park or the east coast! Definitely recommend staying here.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

Another great stay can't wait to return

We used this as a bolt-hold to visit family and it has great space inside for us with two dogs and a baby. It was well stocked for a baby and everything was clean. The only thing I would say is that the garden is only suitable for very small dogs but not suitable for big dogs. The description says garden enclosed (which it is) but the fence was so short. We had to constantly supervise our dogs out in the garden and couldn’t let them use all of it as they could have easily hopped the fence.

There are no words to describe how lovely the house is. The views are stunning and to wake up every morning and sitting up in bed and see nothing but ocean is so peaceful, beautiful and calming. Everything you need in the house and more. Very clean and tidy. This is my second year there and will now become part of my yearly trips away. I cannot praise Loren enough. Highly recommended, I would give it 10 stars 🌟

Had a great time here over the New Year period, was exactly what was described on the listing & more. Allan is friendly and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Only stayed for a few days, it was a trial run with a young puppy and we have never been on holiday with a dog before. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our young Cocker spaniel, he had plenty of room to run around in and was safe and secure. We found some brilliant walks nearby one being approx 1 - 2 miles away at the Dolphin Centre and another at Forest Winding Walks. We also visited Cullen which is nearby and has a lovely beach. The accommodation was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable and the added extra touch of bread, milk, jam, tea bags, coffee and cleaning products we're much appreciated and a kind gesture. Louie our pup was very happy with the doggy biscuits, bowls and blanket too. We would be very happy to recommend the property to family and friends.

We loved the location of the flat and the ability to sit outside. It was very comfortable and everything was provided to make our stay comfortable....and a few little extras. Ground floor and east access is important and met our needs. Gemma's communications were very friendly and helpful.We would recommend this wee place for a wee stay.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

An absolute gem, definitely a home from home feeling. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities that you needed, quite location, would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Alyson was very friendly with lots of local knowledge.

I stayed at Angela’s flat with my husband and baby daughter. We found the flat spacious, and well thought out. It had a well equipped kitchen. It was quiet despite being located so close to the city centre. We will definitely visit again! One thing we missed in the listing is that there are two steps to the building door from the street, not a huge problem but made getting in and out with a pram a little challenging.

We had two nights at the apartment during the Winter Words festival at the theatre. Beautiful location, extremely comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment. Easy 10 mins walk across the river to the theatre & very well located for the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Great hideaway in the centre of town that on looks the harbour of Aberdeen would be ideal for photo opportunity’s of the granite city.
