Great stay. Yoseif was very responsive and helpful to guide my check-in. Great location that is close to a train station directly to downtown.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. We had an amazing, peaceful time. It was very easy to get ahold of the host when needed and the space was clean and comfy. Would 1000% stay here again.

Very clean, mildly quiet, and very comfortable

This place lived up to our expectations—the location was fantastic, building amenities were spot on (excellent gym!), the kitchen was well stocked of you like to cook, it was easy to get our car in and out, and the pictures are a good representation of the place. Having a washer and dryer was super handy too.

Beautiful studio in a quiet area. My wife and I stayed there while she did a rotation Jefferson Torresdale hospital. We were very comfortable and had zero problems. The space is cozy and very modern.

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a nicely renovated home and had everything that was listed. Limited street parking was available but it is best to find a spot on the block just before you turn onto the street. The neighborhood was quiet all night and we had enough toiletries for the home. The shower was very cool and had a rainfall setting. We appreciate being hosted for the weekend. Thank you!

after attending the flower festival at the convention center, it was really nice to come back to a space where my friends and I could relax and sleep comfortably. bedrooms were spacious, living area was large and the outdoor space was an added bonus! would def stay at Arena place again when in the Philly area.
