This was my 1st Airbnb experience and it could not have been better. Carl & son were waiting outside @ 8:45pm. Thorough tour & instructions. Very nice people. Clean, private property. Well equipped. Instant hot water. Hot tub, grill, 2 AC units. Everything worked perfectly. I was surprised to find a stocked fridge with eggs, milk, ,bread, various cereals, snacks, peanut butter, jam, several flavors of coffee.A basket full of packets of condiments.

Perfect location, close to shopping and food. Plenty of room and clean home. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

We had a lovely weekend in Damascus with family! The house was situated on the edge of town but easily within walking distance of restaurants, the park, and bike rentals for the creeper trail. It was quiet and lovely, and we loved being right by the Appalachian Trail. The house was as described, clean, and sweetly decorated. The only unexpected challenge was realizing that one of the two bathrooms was only accessible through a bedroom, which might be good for couples to know about, but overall we absolutely loved it. Hosts were proactive in communication and easy to work with. Hoping we can come back again!

My sister and I have stayed here several times while staying in the area, and Adeline's place is always comfortable, clean, and so peaceful. The back deck is very enjoyable for relaxing with a glass of wine or morning coffee. This is our go to place. Adeline is very responsive, nice, and always responsive. She is a wonderful wonderful host.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Maraya was very responsive and considerate. The first evening we were there I received a message from her that she had dropped off an extra blanket and left it on the porch. She also asked if we needed any cream and sugar because she forgot to check if there was any Her home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We accidentally left a few things in the fridge that we intended to take with us to our seat weaving class We felt bad because we didn’t mean to leave that to her to have to clean out. She was very kind with her reply when I messaged her about it. I would highly recommend her home if you find yourself in need of a place to stay if you are in the area.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

Booked last minute after a death in the family. Was perfect for our needs as three siblings needing to stay together. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. Location is convenient to North JC. Would stay again!

It was the perfect Home away from home. We were in town to visit ETSU open house and this little charming house was right next to the campus so it made it so easy and convenient for us. It was comfortable and truly enjoyed the couch after walking miles in the cold. It was a cozy place. Thank you.

Perfect place for downtown area shopping and eating out.

Cheryl was there to greet us and made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

The space is very cosy and in a convenient and safe neighborhood. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. No complaints!

We had a girls trip of 9 who stayed in Bristol at Bethany’s amazing loft. The place was perfect! So much space for everyone. The open concept of the main living and kitchen areas was perfect. We especially loved the porch with several different sitting areas where individual groups could gather to chat. With 9 ladies, of course we used them all, lol. One other great feature for a large group is all the bathrooms. Even when we were all getting ready for the day, we had plenty of space to shower and get ready without feeling hurried. Thanks so much to Bethany who has thought if everything for a perfect stay. We all decided this is a place we would love to book again!

The accommodations were just what we were looking for: clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, shops and a good place to walk (ETSU). The little touches like the donuts were an added bonus. Treating our niece and her husband to a weekend of relaxation and pampering after 315 miles of hiking the Appalachian Trail was worth the drive from Ohio. They both loved the opportunity to enjoy a hot shower and a king size bed for two days/nights before resuming their journey.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!

We stayed 8 nights. Spotlessly clean , clutter free, much larger than the photos. An abundance of paper towels, quality, toilet paper, tissues & coffee pods. 20+ units nestled in a lovely country neighborhood yet a short drive , 6 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. They’re called condos, but are more like townhouses, very private. Beautiful view of the water from the little back deck. Honestly I feel they could charge more. We would absolutely stay again.
