Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. Wrap around porch, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, smoker, and a wood stove in large living room. Walking trails with plenty of wildlife. Wifi, DirecTV, DVD player and two LCD TV's. 10 minutes from the Ohio River and Maysville, Kentucky.

This is the perfect couples getaway! Arrive with everything you need for a few days then take a deep breath. On exhale everything not directly related to the river is turned off. Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
