Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Amanda war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 20 min leicht erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte die Straße etwas störend sein und die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sprechen fast die ganze Nacht relativ laut - für diese Umstände ist Amanda aber natürlich nicht verantwortlich, das ist nur eine kleine Kritik an die Umgebung.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

It was an absolute pleasure spending some days in a perfectly centric spot in Florence. The host manages the different apartments offered in the building and keeps the places spotless and in perfect condition. We were on the first floor, which includes an elevator in case you were bringing bulky luggage. The window frames are renovated and noise insulation is optimal despite the centric place. All electric appliances in the kitchen, bath, washing machine, and dryers are new. All the plugs include classic and mini USB sockets to charge your devices, and the Wi-Fi works very well. We used the gym downstairs, which was best in class. Thanks, Francesco and Filippo, for all the fantastic attention. If we happen to return to Firence, this is the place we will return.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Great location, cozy apartment and accommodations were exactly as expected

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

Tolle Unterkunft mit noch traumhafterem Ausblick mit Pool als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist wunderschön mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen. Bianca und Paola waren immer erreichbar, waren sehr freundlich und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement, très propre, literie confortable, climatisé, serviettes de bain et de piscine, parking. Superbe vue, piscine exceptionnelle ! Giovanna (qui parle français) et le personnel sont très accueillants et agréables. Nous avons visité Lucques, Pise, Florence et Sienne et profité de la piscine en début ou fin de journée ! Nous y retournerions sans hésitation !

Un grand merci à Miriam et Andréa ! ils sont formidables ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans leur nid douillet ! Tellement envie de revenir ☺️

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!
