The apartment is in a prime position near the harbour and restaurants , with desirable sea views. we found the apartment to be airy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area should you feel the need to eat in. would recommend this property if staying in the area.

I came on the train from Brum for sea air and to watch the starlings murmurations. The apartment was an easy walk from the station and the murmurations happened right outside the door so I watched them every day at dawn and dusk whish was bliss, one of my top wonders of the world! The apartment was so comfortable, perfectly kitted out and so handy to pop in and out of through the day. Christine was very generous in inviting me to arrive just after my train so I didn't have to carry bags around and staying later on my leaving day was also a boon and very kind. I had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Myself, little boy and my dad had a lovely stay in Barmouth. The apartment was as described and the view was fantastic. There was everything we needed for 4 nights, including games and jigsaws that entertained my little one when it rained. The location was good and within an easy walk of the town centre and beach. We also visited Greenwood Family Park during our stay, which took about an hour from Barmouth. Would recommend staying here. Thank you.

The flat was very clean with a nice view on the marina. The beds were comfortable. The flat is next to a busy street but quiet if the windows are closed.

We stayed here for night 3 of our 6 day road trip around Wales, the cottage is beautiful and easy to find. The host Sal came in to meet us and gave us recommendations for pubs and things to do, the sand dunes are a must if you’re in the area! We had great fun playing Trivial Pursuit and the corner bath is amazing. Overall a fantastic place to stay and unwind after a long day of exploring. 10/10 🙌🎉

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. What a gem of a place!! It was one of the most tranquil and relaxing stays we've had through Airbnb. Both the location along the magnificent coastline as well as the carriage "Wendy" were absolutely superb and exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful location with lots of personal touches to the cottage!

Beautifully presented cute and cosy place perfect for our trip in a quiet village that has a shop and pub/ restaurants also close to shell island (walking distance). Lovely walks on the door step and great for a dog to stay as there’s a small enclosed courtyard. Was an easy short drive to Harlech and snowdonia areas. Cora is friendly and helpful she had all you need for the stay and more! Thank you for hosting us at your gorgeous little house and for the doggy treats, I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

Homely, very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great utility/boot room, great views from all rooms, gorgeous outside patio and views, great coastal walks, lovely local pub, seal spotting from the deck….. We had a lovely stay at Lynn's place. Its in a great location and only 25min walk to the train station and even closer bus stops, meant we had a day at the beach without the car. The house is cosy and homely with books and DVDs to use. If you are looking for high end modern look this is not the house for you, but if you are looking to snuggle in front of the fire after a good walk in the Welsh hills then this is the place. Lynn was very nice and checked if we needed anything.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. Borth is beautiful and the view from Wendy's is stunning. It's a really lovely location, and it was great walking to the High Street to eat out in the evenings. Wendy also provided a great breakfast hamper every morning which set us up for the day. We found her very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in Wendy's beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay.

Sea Breeze apartment is exactly as shown on the website. Clean, comfortable, great location for the beach, shops, restaurants, all within walking distance, drivable distance to attractions outside of Barmouth ie: Harlech Castle, Portmerrion, Dolgellau etc

Absolutely gorgeous setting in a peaceful beautiful part of rural Wales. Lovely to sit by the river and spot otters and birds. The apartment (1of 6 in the Mill) was comfy, warm and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and loved the cool BBQ hut. Christopher was really friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area. A great place to stay and explore this part of Wales. Would recommend.

An Absolute Gem of a find, me and my wife have been coming to Newquay for years now, this is the best place we have stayed in and hopefully we will stay here in the future for Defo, lovely views and right in the Middle of Newquay, outstanding stay, thank you Marc.

My wife and I had a perfect long weekend away at Lorraine's property. Only steps from the beach it offered a perfect sea view from both the bedroom and living room. The property was clean and cosy with all the amenities you would expect to have a very comfortable stay. The location we found to be very quiet and away from the centre of Pwllheli which is only a few minutes drive away. Lorraine was very prompt in responding to messages and proactive both prior to arriving and upon leaving with clear directions. Overall an excellent place to stay, we can't wait to return!

The flat is beautifully located overlooking the prom and the sea with constantly changing views as the tide goes in and out. It is very convenient for the town centre. It is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking requires planning as there are time limits outside and limited availability during he day. We would stay again if visiting Aberystwyth.

Amazing stay and brilliant recommendations about local things to do and places to eat. We visited "The Last Inn" which was recommended and was brilliant food. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little place to stay . Easy location, very clean

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished and super clean - a real home from home. Lots of games for the children that was a bonus as well as the generous welcome gifts. The views were just stunning - watching the sunrise over the mountains each morning from the window seat was a highlight of our stay. Even my 6 year old got up especially to watch it - magical moments!
