Comfortable, well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment in great location overlooking the beach . Easy access to local amenities and the coast path . Car parking space tight and care required to access from busy road. Great place to stay !

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

Stay here! This beautiful flat is like a warm, cozy hug. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen is well appointed and the table with views of the harbor are lovely. The seafront views are spectacular and the beds and bathroom very comfortable. We loved it and will definitely stay when we return if it’s available.

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. Lise was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness in leaving us some milk, food etc. in the fridge, which made us feel very welcome. The flat was very warm and quiet, but also right in the town centre. If you want to enjoy the Brecon Beacons, but to stay in a town with all the facilities, this is the perfect place. We stayed for just over a week as our son was taking part in an event at the Plas Heli sailing centre. The owners Sheila and Mark were very friendly and responsive on initial enquiry, and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described and suited our needs very well. Great stay at Danny’s house. A home away from home in a quiet location but easy walking distance of the town. After long walks like the 4 waterfalls, Pen Y Fan etc, it was great to come back to a cosy lounge, a nice kitchen with all you need to cook a nice meal, piping hot shower and a really comfy bed. Nice and contained garden if you’re travelling with a dog (like we were) or if you have small children they are toys and a shelf full of kids dvds. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Great stay thank you Julie! Host communication was amazing and grounds were beautiful, kitchen was well equipped and lots of lovely walks near by. We especially loved being able to swim in the steam on the property! Would definitely stay again. Worth noting that some of the bedrooms are accessed through other bedrooms, but did not cause us any issues!

What a lovely place in a stunning location . Pretty central for amenities and food places . The views or amazing. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break away .

A fantastic townhouse, my favourite parts were the stunning attic master suite and views, and stepping over the garden gate onto the beach. Easy to check in and out. There are a lot of stairs, but if this is a worry you’d have everything you need within the ground and first floor. I was solo-travelling, but could imagine this house being perfect for an extended family get-together. Loved this house.

Had a lovely stay in this 3 bed house. There were clear instruction on how to enter the property and the house was pristine inside. Had a great time exploring the Brecon Beacons with some friends over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Would recommend for families or groups of friends wanting to do the same!

This place was in the perfect location if you want to stay local to the centre of Barmouth. Had some issues getting into the property but that was user error / me not reading the instructions properly but the hosts answered the phone straight away and came down to help us within a matter of minutes. Looking to come again in the summer and will likely try and book this place again. No complains at all it was a lovely place, good location and the hosts are very friendly

Relaxing few nights, pool was a great addition even in the rain, bonus for the kids. Host was responsive and easy checkin.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The communication was very good and we were checked in on once we arrived. I’d say the only thing we struggled with was parking but this can’t be helped, we parked on Tesco for a short period and then managed to get a space on the long stay car park later on the evening. The house was spotless and the views were lovely. It’s within walking distance to everything and was easy to find. We were very pleased overall and would definitely stay again 😊

The location was close to shops and local beauty spots and attractions . Beautifully clean and comfortable, just as described in atmospheric old converted church
