We had an amazing time at Sarah & Alastair’s lovely B&B. Sarah was super helpful and attentive upon checking in. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The entire house has a welcoming and cozy ambiance, which makes you feel right at home! There’s a wide selection of breakfast options to choose from, which are hearty and delectable. Should we come back to this region, we will definitely be staying here again!

Really enjoyed staying at the church and experiencing the countryside. The gardens around the building are phenomenal and super lovely to walk through. Would recommend the place just for the gardens. The room itself is very comfy, clean, and homey. Also, it was great for our needs. Our toddler slept in the second bed in the room. The check-in process was a little cumbersome but Kris was lovely, gave lots of good recommendations, and was friendly whenever we saw him.

Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Jackie jest bardzo serdeczną i pomocną gospodynią. Smaczne śniadania przygotowywała na indywidualne zamówienia. Bardzo polecam pobyt u Jacqueline.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Einfacher Check-in, alles sauber, wirklich sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr schönem großen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

The check-in was flexible, we could leave our luggage earlier after asking. The rooms had everything you needed. There was a good breakfast.

A lovely, clean and tidy place to say with lots of fantastic thoughtful wee extras dotted around the room and reception area. Very comfortable, quiet and cosy. Tracy was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, I would have no problem with recommending a stay here or to come back again in the future.

Undoubtably one of, if not the best place I have ever stayed at. My engineers had the 2 bed apartment next door. On their arrival Sunday they travelled 10 hours from Essex and didn’t get to the pub till 12:30 am. Maxine made sure to stay up for them to welcome them in. I arrived on Monday (at a normal time) and was shown to my room and around the pub so I knew where everything was. We had dinner in the pub on both of the nights we stayed, which was cooked by Maxine’s husband Garry. All home cooked and homemade dinners from his experience as a chef and baker. Maxine and Garry both went above and beyond during our stay, always making sure we were ok, got to know us personally and really made us feel welcomed and at home. Although the pub is closed to the public on Mondays , they were still offering their food and kitchen services for us. Overall, 10/10 for me. If we are ever to return back to Aberdeen , we will be making sure we stay here again Thank you again Maxine and Garry

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Everything was sparkling clean and I felt so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; the breakfast room overlooks the yard and is a very tranquil spot.

Staying at Eskview Farm was a real treat. Kath cooked a great breakfast every morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her. The accommodation was comfy and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home. If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay with a wonderful host, Eskview Farm is a fantastic choice.

Just a great place to stay you’re by loch morlich. Staff dead friendly and just perfect for a stopover.

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.

Our five star rating doesn’t do justice to Karen’s place. Everything exceeded our expectations in all respects. Our room with en-suite bathroom was equipped with quality furniture, linen, toiletries, etc. Adjacent to our room was a beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable lounge area for our exclusive use. It also included a wide range of teas and coffee with Scottish shortbreads. Karen’s breakfasts were outstanding with lots of quality options and so substantial that we skipped lunch. The house is located next to the Dunnottar woods and on the walking trail to the castle. The pleasant walk into Stonehaven each evening for dinner only took 15 - 20 minutes; by car it would only take a few minutes. Conveniently located for day trips along the coast to visit; to historic towns along Royal Deeside to Braemar and further; and for day trips by rail to visit Aberdeen. Karen and her husband John were delightful, and provided lots of great tips to make our stay memorable. Outstanding!

Susan and Derry provided the absolute best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. The B&B was stunning, the bedroom and en suites were impeccable - but besides everything being top of the line, Susan and Derry were very welcoming, hospitable and just wanted to make sure I had the best time. They offered me transportation so I could get around without having to worry about taxis and being able to do a distillery tour and a joy myself. I hope to visit again very very soon - THANK YOU for everything
