This location is perfect for walking around Aberdeen and visiting local hotspots! The flat is exactly as pictured in photos - very clean and spacious. Gail is a phenomenal host with many recommendations on things to do, and she even helped me retrieve an item I had left after check out!

Had a great stay at The monaltrie. Place was just as described and depicted by the photos. We had everything that we needed and it was a very comfortable flat to stay at. We had a tremendous time. The views were super and Ballater is a great place to visit.

Clean and well stocked flat that was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Rosella and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts - would absolutely stay here again!

De communicatie verliep erg goed. De verhuurders waren erg vriendelijk. De accommodatie had alles tot in details wat wij nodig hadden, ook veel basis voorzieningen. Fijn dat we Netflix konden kijken. Vele winkels en restaurants en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand om de hoek. Het wijkje Fittie - Footdee was erg apart en aan te lopen. Het appartement bevond zich op de begane grond van het appartementen complex wat afgesloten was, een soort binnenplein / tuin waar ons hondje haar behoefte kon doen. De ruimtes waren perfect voor ons gezin. Ook fijn dat we af en toe een wasje konden draaien. Owja en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! De laatste dag voelde ik me niet lekker, maar heb gewoon de klok rond geslapen. Dochter heeft nog supergave schoenen gevonden in de winkel aan de overkant. Dit appartement zullen we zeker aanbevelen! I always stay here when I have my little girl for a weekend, the apartment is like a 2nd home, Cathrine is always welcoming, and always leaves toys for my little girl for when we stay, she will always gos out of her way if there is a problem or something needs doing she is a fantastic host.😊

Loved the location of Cara’s place! She was so responsive to my questions. There was a good bit of construction going on around the apartment with in the city but it never bothered us or the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it served our needs very well. It felt like a proper home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hall and a kitchen. The kitchen especially was quite spacious and lovely, having all necessary cutlery and utensils that we needed. The host had thoughtfully kept grocery bags, dishwasher soap, clothes washing powder, breakfast cereals, teas, coffees (decaf and normal), milk, etc, which we really appreciated. The wifi was great. The host was very responsive to our needs and allowed us to keep our luggage in the place for a few hours after check-out too, which really helped us a lot with our travel plans. The place was clean and minimalistic in style, which suited our taste. The only thing to be aware of is that the place is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so do try to travel light and not have huge suitcases. As vegans, we found plenty of vegan restaurants in the area, which was great. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Had an amazing couple of nights here. The apartment is warm and cosy with all the amenities you need. Right next to the coast too! Located in a little gem of a place also.

Lovely homely cottage with everything we needed. Dog friendly but couldn’t tell dogs have stayed previously. Great open fire and the best shower we’ve ever used!

Linda's place was awesome! The photos don't do it justice as the rooms are actually huge! the house is well furnished with lovely decor and everything you need for a great stay. Linda is highly proactive with recommendations and instructions and with a great pub 2 mins walk, what's not to like! defined recommended and would stay again!

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Anna war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Ort gibt es nicht so viel, aber das, was da ist - wir haben das indische Restaurant, den Pub, die Bäckerei und das Café getestet - war alles von guter Qualität.

My husband and I returned to Nicola’s beach cottage for another cozy, peaceful vacation. Some of our WOW-FACTORS are the true king size comfortable bed, the walk-in rain shower, the ocean views from the living room, and the outdoor patio deck. It’s a 3 minute walk to the local convenience store and a 5 minute walk to Harbour Dunes Cafe. Lots of hiking and exploring from Slains Castle to the tidal pools along the beach. Lovely family break with 14 of us and a happy dog coming and going throughout the week. Great accommodation for wee ones and adults alike. The games room went down a treat As did the hot tub with the more adventurous family members and the two sitting areas and dinning room and kitchen were great to meet everyone’s needs. The house was clean well catered for and great grounds. Would highly recommend and one for us for the future again.

This was a perfect spot for us to explore the area. The house is very well equipped, quiet, full of character and amazing views. Heidi provided lots of useful information prior to arriving, which helped us to plan our trips and we will certainly look to return in the future.

we had a great stay in this apartment. it was perfect for the harbour, the beach and all local amenities. the flat itself is lovely, with everything you need for a short stay. my 3 year old was delighted with the toy chest! the beds were super comfy. we had a great time!

We messaged Steven as we approached Aberdeen and he was waiting for us as we arrived. The flat is in a great location, close to parks and very peaceful but not far from the town centre. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed, including an en-suite shower room which we hadn't expected. The free parking was excellent too. We didn't need to have much contact with Steven but he was very responsive when we did. We would be happy to stay here again.

Julie's apartment was nice, cosy and well-equipped. It has everything you need and is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surrounding. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Aberdeen

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Lovely little flat and perfectly clean. just exactly what we needed for a 5 week stay. Great shower and comfortable bed. It's worth noting that there's no microwave or toaster (as in the listing) but we didn't miss them as much as expected. Gillian offered a cleaning half way through which was nice.
