This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Abbiamo passato io e la mia compagna un bellissimo capodanno nell'appartamento di Sere e Sara ...l'appartamento era molto carino ben arredato,molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort ...inoltre si trova a due passi dalla piazza principale e la rocca di Manciano un bellissimo paesino medievale della Maremma ...lo consigliamo vivamente

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Pictures don’t do that view justice. Cosy little place with everything you need. Full kitchen. Laundry service from the host. Sara was super lovely and helpful. Just near a cute little old town and cool castle.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Enrico. Le logement était parfait et sa petite terrasse nous offrait chaque jour une très belle vue sur les paysages toscans. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu et la facilité d’accès depuis la ville de Sienne grâce aux différents bus qui nous déposent au pied du logement. Tout était superbe !

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Emplacement idéal, grand jardin, magnifique vue sur le oliviers pour le coucher de soleil. Très joli appartement, récemment rénové, fonctionnel et au calme. Rossano est extrement sympathique, nous a fourni de nombreuses explications sur les randonnées à proximité. Il produit également son propre vin et sa propre huile d'olive de très bonne qualité. la nostra prenotazione ha ripagato la nostra aspettativa, ogni dettaglio prenotato corrispondeva a ciò che abbiamo trovato, Elisa poi si è contraddistinta fin da subito con reattività e nel semplificare al massimo il nostro check in, zona per noi ottima per gli spostamenti programmati. Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
