Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

This is the best place to stay near venice. Everything was good during our stay. Igor really nice host and explain everything very well, we enjoyed staying at Igor place. Once you arrive you will feel like home. The decorations inside the house very unique and classic venice style. The garden outside also very nice and well maintained. Got many kinds of fruit trees. Highly recommended to stay at Igor place. The best owner. Thanks igor for the nice hospitality.

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

O cazare excelenta, foarte frumoasa si ordonata in care gasesti absolut tot ce e necesar. Pe langa asta, gazda este minunata, iti ofera informatii si raspunde in timp util. Se observa atentia la detalii si totul este la superlativ! Vom reveni cu siguranta!!

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

We hat a nice short holiday ladt week and were happy with the overall situation. The apartment is nice, tidy and also located very close by tram station. which makes it an ease to go to Venice. The neighborhood is also relative quite. Unfortunately ocar got a scratch by standing there, which a bit unpleasant. Still thanks for the kind hosting.

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice. Easy walking distance to many places. Great host who was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Wir hatten zu viert (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in den Osterferien. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Der Ausblick in die Weingärten ist ein Traum. Von Lonigo aus haben wir mit dem Auto Ausflüge nach Padua, Verona, Modena und Sirmione unternommen. Nicoletta ist eine sehr aufmerksame, dezente und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir sind schon das zweite Mal hier gewesen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

This Airbnb was very comfortable. It was down the block from a bus stop that took us straight to Venice. It was very convenient. The host was also easy to communicate with. She waited for us to arrive and provided the necessary instructions for the home. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice! The bus stop with direct access to the city is right around the corner. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nina and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Ho avuto il privilegio di soggiornare presso Cuba house e posso affermare con certezza che è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo state accolti con un calore e una gentilezza che ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Elisabetta è semplicemente eccezionale! Sin dal momento della prenotazione ha dimostrato una professionalità e una disponibilità che raramente ho incontrato in altri luoghi. E stata super attenta ad ogni nostra necessità, anticipando addirittura le nostre richieste con una cortesia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale. Vorrei farle un plauso particolare per il modo in cui ci ha trattato regalandoci attenzioni e piccoli omaggi come tutto il necessario per un’ottima colazione e i biscotti deliziosi fatti in casa da sua mamma, tutti prodotti necessari per la pulizia della casa e molto altro che ha reso la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

We had an amazing time at the unique gem that is Paulina’s apartment. You will find yourself secluded in a calm street just minutes away from Giardini and the Boat-Shuttle-Busses or a relaxed ~20mins walk at the waterfront to Piazza San Marco. The loft is absolutely lovely with a pure and stylish design on every level catering to guests with small treats and design surprises. We can highly recommend this hideaway for a calm and inspiring escape to experience beautiful Venice!
