The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus liegt idyllisch, abseits vom Dorf auf dem Glitterberg (1250 Höhenmeter) in sehr sonniger Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bergwelt. Das Dorfzentrum ist in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Das Skigebiet See ist in 10 und Ischgl in 25 Autominuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist besonders für naturverbundene Menschen, die Ruhe suchen geeignet. Hunde sind erlaubt. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
